We had a lovely stay in Galway. Sean was there to greet us and filled us in on the area. He was available to answer any of our questions. The location was perfect for us as we like to do a lot of walking and exploring. Beautiful view!

Very nice unit in quiet area

This unit was in a quiet location yet within walking distance to restaurants and a short walk to the city center. Sean personally met with us at check-in, explained the unit amenities and even suggested a great place for dinner nearby! Parking on-site was a bonus. Would definitely recommend this place!!

Lovely Quiet Galway Getaway

The apartment is absolutely lovely - quite a nice view of Galway Bay. We appreciated the relative peacefulness of the neighborhood. We could easily walk to Galway City Centre and the Latin Quarter, but then get away from bustle. There are some lovely pubs, coffee shops, and take-aways nearby to enjoy and a walk along the Prom is a delight. The unit was spotless, we certainly appreciated the secure off-street parking, and are looking forward to another stay in the future.

Wonderful beach home!

First off the owner was very easy to contact and things went exactly as he had informed us. Home was very clean, well stocked and easy walking distance to all that Galway has to offer. The view is spectacular! I dropped an earring down the drain and the owner kindly coordinated a plumber for me to fish it out! Lovely vacation spot!

Great location

The apartment had a terrific view of the bay and was in a very convenient location. Downtown Galway was an easy 30 - minute walk away and the local Salthill neighborhood had plenty of stores and restaurants. Sean met us and showed us around the apartment and also told us where the grocery stores were. Very helpful.

Being in Ireland

The best part of being in Ireland is...just being in Ireland! This is the second time I've stayed in this apartment. After the first time, I knew I'd be back. The location is great, overlooking the water, a secure, spotless, modern apartment in a quiet neighborhood, with a wonderful landlord.

Great location and view

We stayed at Arus Grattan for almost 3 months from June 1 to August 27, 2015. We were in Unit seven which has a great view of Galway Bay. There is secure parking under the building. There is a secure entrance gate with a keypad entry system. There is an elevator from the parking area which made it easy to transport luggage. Our unit was a two bedroom two bathroom apartment with a nice deck overlooking the water. It has a full kitchen and small eating area. The showers were good and there was adequate hot water for four people to shower in the morning. The location is perfect. It is near Salthill and walkable to Galway City. Salthill has a nice selection of good restaurants and pubs. Galway City is about 1 mile and we walked there most days in about 30 minutes. Sean and his son were great at helping with directions and information about the area. They were quick to respond to any concerns we had about the apartment. I would definitely recommend this property.

Ideal location

Was wonderful way to start the day looking out over Galway Bay.Location was within walking distance to anything you may need or want. Also short walk to bus stop to downtown Galway and the sites and shopping there.Would definitely go there again

Five weeks in Galway!

We had a wonderful 5 week stay with friends and family—-all was perfect! Sean was very friendly and responsive. The location is very safe and secure. A 15 minute walk into Galway and a very short walk into Salt Hill. The view is of the bay is incredible. We would highly recommend this place.

Great get-away by the sea

My husband and I had a wonderful two weeks in this spacious apartment overlooking the Salthill Promenade and Atlantic Ocean beach. Just 10-15 min walk to center of the Salthill resort action, with many pubs, restaurants and other fun activities. And a 20-25 min enjoyable stroll to Galway City Center. The hosts, Sean and his son, were very responsive, answering many questions before and during our stay. The apartment was well equipped. In addition, a really helpful housekeeper provided fresh linens and some cleaning if desired - a very nice surprise for us. We would love to return on a future trip to Galway.

Perfect location, clean, friendly

We had such an amazing stay in Salthill. After struggling to find the place long after we stayed we would be there we found the property owners son outside trying to find us :) Such a beautiful location very clean and all around a great stay. We hope to be back soon!
