We will collect a refundable security deposit of €200 plus €200 for monthly utilities and a final deep clean of €100. This will be collected offline.
The home is finished with modern design and comfortable furnishings that will make you feel right at home. On entering the home you immediately come into the living space which has seating for four and flat screen TV. To the back of the living room is the kitchen. Modern style cabinetry with oven, microwave, dishware, and cookware that you will need for your stay including a dining area. Further back again is our private courtyard. The BONUS room! Relax and chat about the days adventures.
Upstairs are the two bedrooms. Both bedrooms have double beds. The bathroom with walk in shower is adjacent.

Our place is less than 200m to most of the top restaurants in the city. And less than 1 block to the Latin Quarter and Shop Street. Eyre Square and the train station are within a ten minute minute walk. This really is the best base for exploring Galway.

PEACE OF MIND
This property uses the Cloverleaf Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization. All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms,kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, tabletops,electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.
We supply linens, towels, a starter supply of paper products, shampoo, soap, and laundry tabs.
Other things to note: We do not rent to locals.
We prefer the minimum age to be 25+
**NOISE SENSITIVE PROPERTY - STRICTLY QUIET HOURS BETWEEN 10PM AND 8AM**. This building is equipped with a non recording noise monitor which is set to acceptable thresholds for conversation during 10pm and 8am. Excessive noise alerts will be treated as a violation. If we are contacted by the management company or neighbours about a disturbance this will result in a total loss of security deposit and an early termination of your rental agreement.
