Ideal for a relaxing holiday, the building is located on the beach, just 15 minutes from the Fort Lauderdale airport, 10 minutes from the Hollywood waterfront, 5 minutes from the Gulfstream Park, there is a Wallmart 24 hours to 3 minutes as well also interesting restaurants. It is also 2 blocks from the Hotel Diplomat if you have any convention there.

The amenities include kitchen, closet, cable TV, Wifi, etc. The dining room becomes the second bedroom with 2 single sofa beds. A baby crib can be added for a small additional cost.

The apartment is fully equipped with the basic cooking utensils. (Oven, refrigerator, plates, trays, microwave, cutlery, pots, etc).

We also provide sheets and blankets for beds, towels, towels for the beach, beach chairs and others.

The apartment has a well-equipped gym, swimming pool, games room (pool, ping pong, board games), a reading room, 2 offices for work, direct access to the beach, among others.
