Beautiful villa with large garden on the Salento beach.
The apartment is a three-room apartment on the ground floor with a living room with a kitchenette and a dining area, a bathroom, two bedrooms and an outdoor loggia. The garden is furnished with deckchairs, tables and a barbeque for dinners and lunches outside.
There is a sofa, a double bed and two single beds.
Adjacent to the Resort "SPIAGGIABELLA BEACH HOTEL" guests have the right, thanks to the agreement stipulated, to access the resort's services (bar, restaurant, swimming pool upon ticket).
The apartment overlooks the Torre Rinalda beach, a few kilometers from Lecce with an urban bus stop about 50 meters away.
It is possible to reach on foot, along the shoreline, some well-equipped bathing establishments, in a few minutes and a few hundred meters.
Animals used to family and well behaved are allowed.
No elevator.
Parking is included.

Cooles Haus in ruhiger Umgebung im Oktober.

Wir waren in der Nachsaison dort. Das Haus ist sehr schön, die Nähe zum Meer ein Traum. Der vermieter ist sehr zuvorkommend, hat uns eine Obstschale, Wein, Milch und Wasser zum Willkommen überreicht. Unter der Woche brachte er auch noch eine Leckerein aus einem Süßwarenladen in Lecce vorbei. Wenn wir wieder in die Gegend kommen, ist das Haus erste Wahl Petra & Jörg

Direkt am Strand

Direkt am Strand, nur einen kurzen Fußmarsch um eine kleine Düne herum. Im Haus gibt es viel Platz und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Einrichtung wird demnächst renoviert. Der Strand ist leider immer sehr voll. Das Meer ist ruhig und klar und perfekt zum Schnorcheln. Restaurant gibt es zu fuss zu erreichen. Supermarkt gibt’s in der nächsten Ortschaft.
