Apartment with 1-bedroom at the back of Plaza Nueva, just moments away from the Cathedral. It has a great central location next to all main monuments and sights.

There is a living area with a sofa, coffee table and TV. Dining table and chairs. French windows give on to a julienne balcony facing Zaragoza street.

The kitchen, with a separate entrance, is well equipped with all main utensils and appliances: oven, dishwasher and washing machine included.

There is a full bathroom with washbasin, wc, bidet and bathtub with a showerhead.

The bedroom is just off the living-area and also has french windows with a julienne balcomy. It features twin beds (90x190cm) and a wardrobe.

Other features: high speed fiber optic internet connection and central air-conditioning with cooling and heating. First floor, with elevator.

Perfection!
