Excellent apartment Good Location Great Starf

Excellent apartment – Excellent location – Staff was great to work with Conveniently located – neighboring business very helpful and very friendly Comfortable apartment. Met our needs. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Convenient elevator. Beautifully furnished and decorated. Very cute, even better than the pictures. Kitchen was great with dishwasher, clothes washer and dryer, wifi available. Beautiful modern bathroom with a spa tub. The city was beautiful and the people were friendly. I would recommend a Lisbon/Portugal vacation to any one. Lots to see and do. And great opportunities for travel to other regions of the country. This is a vacation that should not be missed.

Perfect Apartment and Great Location

The communication between us and Farrah and Margarida was seless. All questions answered in timely manner. The apartment was spotless and well appointed . The location was well suited to us. Between Alfama and Praca Martim Moniz. I highly recommend this apartment and look forward to staying again. Muita obrigada y ate logo. Suzanne

Gorgeous apartment, rough neighborhood

The apartment itself was beautiful, comfortable, and even more impressively appointed than it seemed online: pristinely clean, comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen with all appliances, a washer, and televisions in all rooms. We could not have asked for more of the excellent facilities. The major drawback is that the apartment is located in a sketchy corner of the city, where we would not feel comfortable being on the street after dark. We had two taxi drivers warn us that the neighborhood was a haven for drug dealers and other disreputables, and we saw evidence of that at nighttime during our stay. This was not a problem when the sun was up, but we made sure to take taxis directly to the door once the sun fell to avoid getting caught out on the street after hours. If you do not mind this, then the Mouraria is a great option with all the amenities you would want and within walking distance of many highlights of Lisbon. Given that I was traveling with children, however, I would not have chosen to stay here had I known more about the neighborhood in advance.
