Ideally situated : No 10, Augustine House is a spacious home; near to beach & shops with 4 double rooms, and a loft room. kitchen - diner and a small lounge with virgin tv and wifi. Fully equipped with linen.Sunny garden. 2 bathrooms. And two loos!Available for 6 people (maybe more but need to speak to me!)

The space
St Augustine House is A spacious and big house, Great Crash Pad - near to Park, beach & shops with 4 double rooms, and a loft room. kitchen - diner and a small lounge with tv and wifi. Fully equipped . Cozy sunny garden. 2 bathrooms. Available for 6 + people , but could accommodate more if desired. Please note , the main photograph is of the main bedroom on the first floor. The stairs lead up to the bright loft room.

The bedrooms are double rooms, there is a double bed in the main room(1) and small double beds in the (2 &3) bedroom and fourth room has 2 single beds. Its a huge spacious house, Kitchen has a microwave and washing machine. The lounge is cozy, with a pull out sofa bed and TV. St Augustine is at a great location, just off Albert road and short walk to the beach & Canoe lake. Canoe Lake has cafes, Tennis, Play park, Water fountain, History museum, Rose Gardens. The shops are just on Albert road, for Convenience stores and quirky Shops , Restaurants, pubs etc...Buses also to on this road. However, you can walk anywhere in Southsea.

Guests will have access to the whole house.

We will meet you when you have checked into the house and available during your stay if you wish to ask for anything. St Augustine road has a mixture of residents and students. It's a very long road, with housing all along and quite a normal road in the city. The traffic is one way and parking is available on the road, you do not need parking permits.

Great location as near to the shops, buses , beach and park. Walking or cycling are the best options! You can walk 5 mins to the beach!

Its a great location, if you need just somewhere to sleep with a kitchen its ideal.

Guest access
The whole house. Which has 4 bedrooms and a loft room ( usually this does not get used). There are: 2 bathrooms: On the ground floor, a loo & 1 bath with a shower attached to main taps and another shower cubicle with a loo on the first floor.
The kitchen has a washing machine, microwave, crockery, pans and utensils you may need. The kitchen has a table with 5 chairs. There is access to the sunny, cozy garden too.

Other things to note
The house is on a typical Portsmouth area and road. Houses are terraced and in a residential are.
St Augustine has a towel in each bathroom
No pets Please..
Leave tidy- the cleaners will strip the beds and clean the house - Just please put the rubbish out in the dustbins and wash and put away dishes .
