The Barn at Orchard Farm is an annexe-style property resting on the outskirts of York. It houses two bedrooms, comprising a double with a with Jack-and-Jill en-suite shower, basin and WC, and a twin (zip/link beds can be made into super-king-size with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen/diner, a utility and a sitting room with a woodburning stove. Outside, there is off-road parking and a rear garden with furniture. The Barn at Orchard Farm is a delightful base for exploring the countryside with loved ones. A pub and shop are in the village of Poppleton, approximately 4.7 miles away. Please note for week 8/4/22, only a 7 night booking can be accepted, starting on 8/4/22

A pub and shop are in the village of Poppleton, approximately 4.7 miles away. Note: Property is not suitable or catered for infants/children under the age of 2. No cot/ highchair provided and there is an open pond.
