3BR Vacation House w/Private Beach across the street

Enjoy your beach vacation at this spacious 3 BR beach house and the PERFECT location... directly across the street from our own private beach! Just a few steps walk across the street and onto the sand.... this beach house is ideal for your family vacation gatherings. Just pack your bed linens and bath towels, and the rest is all here for you!
This beach house is more than just a cottage, it's a fully furnished home-by-the-sea with all appliances and equipped kitchen including a modern counter-top stove/oven, refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, dinnerware, cookware, microwave, brew coffee maker, and a keurig k-cup brewer, blender, mixer, and all the kitchen necessities.
The spacious kitchen/dining area has seating for 6, bistro style hi-top table and stools. The living room is a spacious gathering room with a 2-piece sofa set, one sofa has a Queen-size Futon in the sunroom. There are 4 Smart TVs and one DVD player (each bedroom has a TV as well as the main living room). There are 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and the third bedroom has 2 twin beds. All bedrooms have comforter sets and pillows.

**NOTE: renters advised to bring all their own bed sheets, bath, and beach towels.**

There is 1 full bath+ shower inside the house plus an additional hot/cold enclosed outdoor shower. Ceramic tile and new hardwood throughout. New wall AC unit in the main living room space, plus every room has a ceiling fan (3 bedrooms, kitchen and sunroom have ceiling fans). Sleeps 6-8 guests. Enjoy sunrise and sunset in the bright sun room that overlooks the ocean across the street and listen to the waves crash from our spacious front porch which is perfect for gatherings. The spacious yard offers a large picnic area with a family-size Weber BBQ grill and picnic tables for your enjoyment.
Our location is ideal! walking distance to fishing next door, boating, jet-skiing, kayaking, canoeing, surfing, and all summer favorite sports. Walk to Seafood Haven, or Dusty's ice cream next door. Enjoy local coffee, eatery just over the bridge. Enjoy the tranquility, privacy, and relaxation! WiFi internet service is available at this property (password protected). Parking is available for 2 vehicles maximum in designated Renter Parking marked area.

Check-in time is 3pm and check-out time is by 10am.

Please Note: the owners use the basement of this property. Additionally, yard and lawn space is limited especially on weekends due to owner and owner guest parking. Renters are provided 2 designated renter parking spaces marked with a "Tenant Parking" sign.

*Fun Activities*
The Purple Ape offers jet ski/kayak/paddle board rentals. The Misquamicut weekly schedule is as follows, Monday: Tunes on the Dunes, live music every Monday in July-August. Tuesday: Drive In Movies on the Beach, every Tuesday in July & August (schedule can be found on home page. Wednesdays are "Blues on the Beach", live blues music on the Town of Westerly beach. Load and start the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please ensure all trash is left outside for pickup and MUST be in the Orange Town of Westerly trash bag.
One orange town bag is provided for all guests if you need more they are available at local store -Stop & Shop all cashier stations.
Please return house key + beach pass to the same place you took it from upon arrival.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
For months Dec-Jan-Feb-Mar(Winter Rentals)additional ~$300 fee (per renters usage) to rental cost cover utilities: heat, water, electric, cable/int.
Parking in between beach houses and the basement use and access are restricted to owner use at all times throughout the year.

Great all around spot.

Very clean with lots of room. Perfect to stay with young kids. Very easy to walk across the street to the beach and set up. Makes it easy as a parent. Will be booking again Next year. Also great places to eat and drink near by on the beach.

Great comfy cottage

The cottage was beautiful, clean and down and across from the beach. It is a plus to have access to a private beach. The view across Atlantic Ave was of a private beach club, but there was a very pretty view of the marsh across the side street with beautiful sunsets! Very relaxing time - thank you.

Perfect getaway for family

Had a wonderful stay, house is very clean and a great location. Loved that it was next to the ice cream shop and clam shack. Beach is right across the street. You cant see it from the house but you can hear the waves at night which is nice. The AC worked great but there was none in the bedrooms so they got hot at night unless you left the door open. Wasnt the end of the world for us. Overall had a great time and would definitely stay again.

Enjoyable vacation with family

Our vacation was perfect in many ways. House was adequate, and as we were only three people the one bathroom was acceptable. The private beach right across the street was very convenient and being next to the ice cream shop and clam shack made getting a snack easy without having to drive. I would have liked a better view than the big parking lot across the street and beach club that blocked any view of the ocean, but as getting to the beach was so easy, it was ok. Definitely would consider renting again.

Great holiday weekend

We wanted a weekend getaway after my daughters wedding. Other family was staying close by. We ate at the clam shack next door both nights instead of grocery shopping. The cottage was very clean and well stocked for whatever. We loved the putdoor shower and backyard fire pit the best which is what we do in the summer. The beach access was convenient and we walked over to the dunes to meet family. The only reccomendation i would give to parents with 5 yrs and under is that the steep steps on back porch have a wooden railing that crazy toddlers like my grandson could slip under or climb over.

This place is a great location if you're looking to have quick access to the beach and other nearby amenities. It's easy to walk to a lot of places if you want. Traffic is heavy on the weekends and we didn't realize how many people used the property to park to get to the beach. This wasn't an issue by any means, but did catch us off guard. But other

Great House/Great Location

This was a great place to stay while we vacationed. The house has basically everything you need and Maria is very easy to get a hold of if you need anything. The water pressure was great both inside the house and for the outdoor shower. The beach is a 30 second walk away. There is also an ice cream/ deli/ bakery/ cafe, a clam shack and a bait and tackle shop basically right next door. We would go to the beach during the day and take our kids crabbing behind the clam shack before or after dinner. It was very clean and we had a great time.

Overall the house was ok. Location was absolutely perfect. Maria is very nice and always responds quickly to any questions or concerns! The pull out couch was really unusable, which was a complete inconvenience. The rooms were very very hot to sleep so make sure you bring fans. The front deck had some very loose boards which made me a tad nervous with kids. Overall it was nice but very expensive.

Family vacation

This beach cottage has very close and convenient beach access. My husband and I loved taking our three boys here for a wonderful family vaca!!! We enjoyed every minute of our stay, and already talking about booking again for next summer.

We are located at Breach Drive private beach on Atlantic Avenue that is away from main state and Misquamicut state beach traffic. Close and easy access to/from local shops, grocery, restaurants, golf, casino, and all the shoreline beaches. Restaurants, outdoor eateries, and ice cream are right next door to our property!

Private beach passes are included in this rental to 'Breach Drive Beach'. Beach entrance is directly across the street from our property. Park at the beach house and walk over to our private beach!
