A surprisingly large hallway gives onto the kitchen, conservatory and garden. A study / tv room and drawing room are all on the ground floor, there is also a large butlers pantry, a cook's dream. One large bedroom downstairs.

The property is totally enclosed so safe for dogs and children. The house has been beautifully decorated and furnished with antiques and vintage finds.

There are 3 bedrooms upstairs. One you have to walk through, so best used by young /family/ friends who know each other well!

There are a multitude of gastro pubs in the area. The Burford Garden Company is close by, offering a heavenly day out. Lechlade, a mile away, has a variety of independent shops. Thyme spa and cooking school is five minutes away and Daylesford organic shop is 25 minutes away. Lechlade has changed much in the last few years and we have two excellent cafe/ bakery who specialise in sourdough bread . You can have breakfast and lunch there.

Dogs are welcome but there is a fee of £40 a night.

For your wellbeing I can organise the best massage you have ever had. There are gyms nearby and if you want to have riding lessons there is Talland School of equitation. Cheltenham and all that it offers is 40 minutes away. There is the world-famous Woollen Weavers in Filkins, which has a fascinating museum and sells stunning heritage weave fabrics and wares.
