Fairlie Cottage Overlooks the River in Bourton-on-the-Water parking for 3 cars.
Fairlie Cottage is a charming period stone property situated on the banks of the River Windrush in the heart of Bourton-on-the-Water with parking for three cars.
The town of Bourton-on-the-Water is classed as the 'Venice of the Cotswolds'.
The ground floor contains a kitchen/dining room, a sitting room, a twin bedroom and a shower/cloakroom (with a toilet and wash hand basin). The large kitchen / dining room has a range of fitted units and an extensive range of appliances - including dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge, freezer, microwave, oven and hob. The room features a large oak refectory dining table with seating for eight, mullion windows and a feature fireplace with electric fire.
The Sitting room overlooks the River Windrush and features a period stone open fireplace (for decorative use only) along with designer sofas and oak furniture. There is also a TV and DVD. The twin Bedroom on the ground floor also benefits from views of the River, and contains a period stone fireplace with electric fire, two full sized single beds and antique furniture.
The first floor incorporates three double bedrooms (all with a king-sized bed), along with the family bathroom. The two double bedrooms at the front of the cottage benefit from views of the River.
Each of the 3 double bedrooms on the first floor, has a feature fireplace, a king-sized bed, and they contain a range of traditional oak furniture and a TV.
The family bathroom compromises of a bath with shower facilities, a basin and high-level lavatory.
Outside there is a courtyard garden surrounded by Cotswold stone walls. There is a detached garage, and off-street parking for another two cars.
Whilst we accept well behaved dogs for an additional cost of £50 per pet, per week or per short break stay, please contact us to check if you wish to take more than one dog.

Weekly bookings generally commence on a FRIDAY from March to November. To change the commencement day at this busy time of year will make an impact on our other bookings.
Short breaks of 2, 3 or 4 nights are calculated on a percentage basis (not a nightly rate) and are normally, only accepted from November - end of February, unless we still have availability closer to the commencement date.
A two-night break may be booked through this website. You will need to contact us for an exact 3 or 4 night price.
We do not accept a short break during the Christmas week but do accept a 3 or 4 night short break over the New Year.

Situated in the Heart of the Cotswolds, Bourton-on-the-Water is an ideal location for exploring the area. With the M4, M5 and M40 in close proximity, it is easily accessible from all parts of the country. The village was recently voted one of the prettiest in England on the strength of the beautiful old-world Cotswold houses and the village green, traversed by six picturesque bridges which spans he River Windrush.
