A few minutes from the sea on foot, in a shady and silent residential area, villa with garden and parking space on two floors with kitchenette, dining room, large living room and bathroom on the ground floor. Three large double bedrooms and two bathrooms with shower and bath on the second floor. Washing machine, drying rack, dishwasher. Sheets and towels available, terrace on the second floor and garden table.
