Thanks for your feedback! We are happy that you appreciated our location and the convenience of the mosquito nets on the windows. I'm sorry that some aspects didn't completely meet your expectations. As far as the mattresses are concerned, we don't know if it's a translation problem (durchgelegen), they are 2 orthopedic high quality Ennerev mattresses. Regarding the pans, we'd like to have more details because we weren't able to understand the problem but we would like to have the opportunity to solve it. Overall we are happy that you enjoyed your stay and hope to welcome you again in the future.
