Direct Oceanfront 3BR/2BA with 20 water amenities
Large 3BR/2BA unit in the Mariner Tower located in the Compass Cove complex on the south side of Myrtle Beach with an oceanfront balcony with a direct view of the ocean. There is a king bed in the master, the 2nd BR has a queen and the 3rd BR has 2 queen beds with a queen pullout sofa in the living room. The living room and bedrooms have flat screen TVs. Kitchen is fully stocked. Washer/dryer in the unit.
The property has over 20 water amenities: pools, hot tubs, lazy rivers, kiddie pools.
Our units are being prepared and cleaned per CDC recommendations.

Our Oceanfront 3 Bedroom 2 Bath Condo is the perfect oasis to leave the worries of home at home and just enjoy time away with the family or friends. This oceanfront condo is located in the Mariner building and comes fully equipped with:
•1 oceanfront master room with a king size bed with linens, full closet, private bathroom with towels, dresser, flat screen TV, two night stands, and access to oceanfront balcony.
•A 2nd bedroom with queen size bed with linens, full closet, dresser, flat screen TV, and night stand.
•A 3rd bedroom with 2 queen size beds with linens, full closet, dresser, flat screen TV, and night stand.
•Full size kitchen with granite countertops, plenty of cabinet for storage, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, basic dish & cookware, full size refrigerator and sink.
•Living room complete with sleeper sofa and matching chairs, coffee table, end tables with lamps, entertainment stand with HD flat screen television and a 6-person dining table.
•Full bathroom with shower/ tub combination, towels and washcloths and hair dryer.
•Private washer and dryer in unit.
•Private oceanfront balcony with comfortable seating to take in the views and warm sea breeze.
Located on the southern tip of the Myrtle Beach coast, this resort is just minutes from all that Myrtle Beach has to offer. The resort consist of 3 unique buildings, the Pinnacle, the Mariner and the Schooner, which seats on 720 ft. of oceanfront beach and many many amenities.
Other amenities for you that puts our condo over the rest:
•20 pool features including 6 indoor and outdoor pools, 3 indoor and outdoor lazy rivers, 7 Jacuzzi hot tubs, 4 kiddie pools, Silly Submarine water playground.
•Giant Chess and Checker sets.
•2 shuffleboard courts.
•Additional amenities include 3 free parking spots, changing rooms and automatic foot washers at all beach accesses.
Guests staying in our units will also enjoy the amazing attractions such as Myrtle Waves, Ripley`s Aquarium, Broadway Grand Prix, Medieval Times, The Carolina Opry, Legends, Pirates Voyage, Myrtle Beach Sky Wheel and Fun Warehouse.
Additional information for guests:
•Check-in time is 4:00 pm. Check-out time is before 10:00 am.
•Guests under 25 will not be admitted unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.
•This property is Smoke Free. Guests may NOT smoke in the unit or on the outdoor balcony. A $300.00 cleaning fee will apply if smoking occurs within a guest room.
This is a non-smoking unit and there will be a $300 charge if it is discovered that someone in your party smoked inside the unit or on the balconies.
This is a no pets allowed building and if you bring a pet into the unit during your stay you will be fined $300.
You must be at least 25 years old when reserving this unit and most of the people staying in the unit must be 25 years old.
There will be no additional charges if the following provisions are met:
• No damage is done to the condo or its contents and the unit is returned to us in the condition it was given in
• Premises are maintained in good condition and used in a careful and lawful manner
• All kitchen utensils, dishes, pots and pans are left cleaned and orderly
• No linens or household items are missing or damaged
• No early check-in or late check-out (check-in is at 4 pm and check-out is at 10am) that are not approved by the owner
• The condo has not been smoked in including the balconies
• No pets of any kind are kept on premises
• No illegal activities are conducted in the unit or the premise of the condominium
• Loud noise is not permitted in the building, the property or unit
• You cannot have more people staying in the unit than what the reservation was approved for when accepted by the owner
Cancellation Policy:
• You will receive your full deposit back if you cancel 60 days prior to check in
• You will lose all paid rental funds if you cancel your reservation within 60 days of check in
• If we discover that you are under the age of 25, we can cancel your reservation immediately and retain all payments made to date unless it is more than 60 days prior to your check in
• We reserve the right to increase the damage deposit for any rental if any of the above provisions are not met
We are serious about the above rules and regulations and strongly enforce them, so please make sure that all the individuals in your party are made aware of these prior to checking in.
Tenant agrees to the following:
1. Maintain the premises in good condition.
2. Use premises in a careful and Lawful manner.
3. Vacate premises at the expiration of the term by the departure time.
4. Excessive cleaning expenses will be charged to the credit card on file or retained from the damage deposit.
5. Be responsible for and reimburse owner for replacement or repair of any damage to the condo or contents thereof caused as a result of misuse, neglect, negligence on the part of the Tenant or Tenant’s family, or guest for damage done above the amount held for the damage deposit.
6. Hold Owner harmless from any claims, action, damages, liabilities and expenses in connection with loss of life, personal injury and/or damage or loss to personal property, arising from or out of any occurrence in, upon or at the leased premises, occasioned wholly or in part by any act or omission of Tenant, or Tenant’s family, or guests or as the result of any defective item on the premises.

We are a middle age couple who started a vacation business with 2 properties in Myrtle Beach over 15 years ago. We enjoyed the business because we provided many families happy and memorable vacation. We started to add to our business and bought more units in that area. We really love Myrtle Beach and the things this city offers for a memorable vacation so we continue to add to our condos there.
