Banana Plantation & Little Group Of Houses, Heated Pool, free wi-fi . Situated on an extremely quiet area of South Tenerife, this property has a large heated pool and paddle court in the middle of a old banana plantation that has been there for more than 100 years. The star of the property is the 'really heated swimming pool which is ideal for swimming, as its size is 13 m x 5 m. Free Wi-fi. Near the pool area there is a large reading room with comfortable sofas. There is also a paddle court and barbeque area. Free mineral water dispenser (also soda water). Each house has a solárium on the roof, with sunbeds, also a private front terrace with outdoor furniture and a back terrace also very private. The finca offers 6 one bedroom houses + 6 two bedroom houses + 1 three bedroom house. It is located within walking distance to some local restaurants, supermarket, bakery and Taxi-bus stop. There are solar pannels to get the most of the sun as we are on the way to being a sustainable farm

Tenerife holiday.

Excellent. Water needed running a lot in the twin bedroom bathroom to get hot water. Could have done with bigger bath towels. Lots of flies on the patio so read inside earlier than we would have. !! The pool is lovely.

Es passt einfach alles. Mietfahrzeug vorausgesetzt. Wir waren in 2023 und 2024 jeweils 6 Wochen dort und werden es auch die nächsten Jahre so halten. Das sagt doch viel. Oder?

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Es war ein wunderschöner, entspannter Aufenthalt. Die Anlage ist außerordentlich gepflegt, der Service wirklich erstklassig. Es ist ruhig, relaxed und grün mit gepflegter exotischer Vegetation. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Danke für alles!!

Perfekte Unterkunft für Reisen mit Rollstuhl

Check In und Check Out verliefen tadellos! Wir konnten nach Absprache schon etwas früher in das Haus, wir landeten bereits um 11:00 Uhr am Flughafen Teneriffa Süd. Meine Fragen vor der Reise über das Portal wurden immer umgehend und sehr ausführlich und sehr nett beantwortet! Die Unterkunft war super sauber und das Personal vor Ort sehr nett und aufmerksam. Für mich im Rollstuhl war die Unterkunft perfekt! Ebenerdige Dusche, viel Platz, keine Schwellen, Haltegriffe am WC usw. Zum Duschen wurde mir ein Stuhl in die Dusche gestellt. Handtücher waren immer mehr als genug vorhanden. Nach einer Woche erfolgte eine Reinigung des Hauses. Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, alles ist modern! In jedem Raum gibt es Deckenventilatoren. Das Gelände drumherum ist total gepflegt. Man wohnt direkt an der Bananenplantage. Die Terrassen haben einen Sichtschutz zum Nachbarn. Es ist absolut ruhig dort. Ein Mietwagen wird empfohlen, um die Insel zu erkunden. Die Lage ist perfekt, um die Strände an der Westküste zu erreichen! Vom Flughafen sind es nur 20 Minuten. Die Landschaft im Süden ist sehr trocken. Aber im Norden der Insel blüht alles und die Bäume in den Bergen sind sehr grün. Für uns war es der perfekte Aufenthalt auf Teneriffa, vor allem wegen der perfekten Barrierefreiheit. Vielen Dank an die tolle Vermietung und das tolle Personal vor Ort!!!

Sehr schöne Anlage

Unterkunft, Pool und die Anlage incl. Bananenplantage waren super. Die Austattung der Küche ist sehr übersichtlich. Warmes Wasser reicht maximal für zweimal duschen. Da wäre für Abend und Nacht ein Heizstab angebracht. Fazit. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub und am den anderen Dingen sollte man arbeiten.

Pour un séjour reposant dans une belle propriété

Séjour très agréable et reposant. Les petites maisons sont très propres et bien rénovées avec tout le confort. L’aménagement de la piscine, avec transats, fauteuils, tables et parasols. Température de l’eau extra ( 29°) super ! Merci. Nous reviendrons.

Schöne saubere Anlage in ruhiger Lage

Die Zimmer waren alle gut eingerichtet und sauber. Die Anlage ist sehr sauber und ruhig gelegen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Entspannte Unterkunft in schöner Atmosphäre

Der Urlaub auf der Plantage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Es war ein Tip einer guten Freundin, die mit ihrer Familie auch schon da war. Die Bungalows sind sauber, schön eingerichtet, gut ausgestattet und jede Unterkunft hat eine Dachterasse. Der Pool macht Spaß - es war einfach alles rund.

Wundervolle ruhige Finca Anlage

Schönes, hell renoviertes Häuschen mit viel Platz und Terrasse ohne Einsicht durch die Nachbarn. Super Küche mit Induktionsherd, Mikrowelle, Toaster usw. Dachterrasse war super. Trotz Kinder war die Anlage ruhig. Toller Pool Bereich, sehr idyllisch. Parkplatz sehr bequem. Wir wollten unser Häuschen nicht verlassen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Chouette séjour

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour en famille. C’était calme, conforme aux photos, la piscine était vraiment super. Le seul regret est que l’endroit est un peu isolé, la voiture est indispensable. De plus en raison du Covid le jacuzzi, la salle de sport et la salle de lecture étaient fermés. Nous avons eu chaud dans la villa surtout en fin de journée, mais bon ce n’était pas si grave. Nous avons été très contents 😊

Accomodation we had was ok: seems that some apparments have recently been renovated but not all of them (and we got a non renovated one even if I thought that I booked a renovated on the website). Surrounding is amazing: very quite place with an beautiful heated swimming pool

Yes, you booked originally a Renovated house, but as there were only Standard houses available (cheaper), you agreed to stay on the Standard one instead, and we did a devolution for the diference. Remember that we did a refund for € 153.00 processed on 18/02/21 I am glad that oyu liked the surroundings. Yes, I agree with you, the heated pool is something remarkable! Best wishes

Sheets, towels etc were old, sheets were ripped. There was no daily cleaning service, this is ok but there should be more cleaning materials in the flat: eg floor cleaning liquid, more tea towels, cleaning cloths. As instructed we placed towels outside so that they would be replaced with clean ones. On one day, out of two, they were not replaced. No chopping board in the kitchen, the knives were blunt and there was no sharpener. Pool area, "gym", room near pool all excellent.

Well, this is a self catering holiday home (not a hotel) so the cleaning service and change linen&towels is made weekly. But if certainly the sheet were old, they have to be changed inmediately. Thank you for letting us know about this. On your next visit please ask for the kitchen chopping board, if there is anything missed on the kitchen, it is replaced. Thank you

Heerlijk verblijf

Dit huisje is precies zoals het aangeprezen wordt; het ligt midden op een bananenplantage met een fijn (verwarmd) zwembad erbij. Kleinschalig, rustig, fijn. Het huisje is ruim en comfortabel. Communicatie vooraf (en ter plekke) verliep ook zeer plezierig. Zeker een aanrader!!

Why they chose this property

I recommend this finca as it is a totally different accommodation concept on the Canary Islands. Being in the middle of the banana plantation offers a quiet atmosphere with all the local taste. The pool is absolutely wonderful and there is such an amount of vegetation around the terraces that there is enough privacy on each house. The situation is also an advantage: away from the massive tourist zones but close enough to enjoy the coastal temperatures and excellent communications everywhere.

What makes this property unique

Having a Real Heated pool is an advantage on Winter, as you might have a nice temperature but it is great to enjoy the large pool to swim. The finca is enormous and gives you the advantage of follow the route inside to see how a banana plantation works. Obviously, being only 3 km of the coast gives you the chance to visit the beach on any moment and specially its sea avenues with its fresh fish restaurants where the locals go, away from the crowded tourist places. We can provide all the information you require about this.
