Spacious villa, 200 meters walking distance to beach, 100 meters from communal pool. Master bedroom with ensuite showeroom, double bedroom, 3rd bedroom with 2 single beds, separate shower room. Large kitchen with all amenities, living room and dining room. Air conditioning in all bedrooms and main living area. Outside patio area, table and 6 chairs under canopy also 6 sunbeds and small table. Large roof terrace. Small putting green to side of villa, next to bbq area and outside shower. 4 sets of golf clubs available if required (various golf courses in area, desert springs, marina golf, valle de este, aguilon golf and lorca golf club).
