The apartment is located opposite the legendary hotel Negresco, only a few steps to the sea, among all facilities, yet quiet as it is at the 5th floor. 120 sq.m. composed of: entrance, bright and spacious living room and dining room, 2 large bedrooms, 2 modern bathrooms (one with a bath tub and another with shower), equipped kitchen. The apartment has double outlook East-West. The living room/dining room and the kitchen lead onto the magnificent terrace, where you can enjoy at fresco meals and the great views. The 2 bedrooms at the back are quiet, each has access to its own balcony. The apartment has been recently renovated including air-conditioning. The location is perfect: only 10 minutes of walk to Place Massena, the Old Town and a new tram station at Victor Hugo. 15 minutes to the Nice International Airport by tram. The Airport bus as well as other local buses stop on the Promenade, just a few steps to the apartment. Terrific apartment in a fantastic location

We stayed for nine weeks in this wonderful apartment. The pictures provide an accurate impression of the space and location. Martha was great in timely responded to any questions and issues that arose during our stay. We'd highly recommend the apartment and the area.

Appartement présenté le jour de ma réservation comme étant accessible au fauteuil roulant. De jour de notre arrivée nous constatons qu’il n’est pas du tout accessible (ascenseur trop petit, aucun accès possible aux salles de bain. Appartement à la propreté douteuse. Vaisselle sales et capsules usagées toujours présentes dans la machine Nespresso ainsi que l’eau croupie dans le reservoir.

Schönes Appartement in zentraler Lage

Das Appartement hat eine tolle zentrale Lage quasi direkt am Boulevard D'Inglais. Kurzer Weg zum Strand. Zentraler Punkt ist die grosse Terrasse mit Sonne von morgens bis zum frühen Nachmittag und Blick auf das Mittelmeer. Die die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben. Schlafzimmer sind nach hinten raus und ruhig. Martha hat sich um all unsere Wünsche gekümmert und war immer freundlich und ansprechbar. Vielen Dank Martha. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten für den Tagesbedarf in kurzer Entfernung. Fußgängerzone, Place Massena und Altstadt kann man gut zu Fuß erreichen. Wenn man "Velo Bleu" verstanden hat, eine angenehme Art kurze Strecken mit dem Fahrrad zu erledigen. Mehrere Stationen rund um den Wohnblock. Alles in allem ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt in Nizza

the area is great. 30 sec from beach, near restaurants and shops. the host is very nice and helpful if needed. the rooms are big and the roof terrace is the best spot in the flat. big, comfortable and with a view of the sea. will come again.

Amazing View - Beautiful Apartment

Das Apartment ist in einer einer einzigartigen Lage direkt gegenüber dem legendären Hotel Le Negresco und 100 m vom Strand mit seiner azurblauen Kulisse. Die liebevolle Einrichtung im exquisiten Altbau im 5. Stock das Leben ausgesprochen angenehm. Die große Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer macht es einzigartig. Hier würde ich bleiben wollen. Ein herzliches Dankeschön an die Hausherrin, die uns umsichtig umsorgt und mit guten Tipps für Ausflüge versorgt hat. The apartment is in a unique location directly opposite the legendary Hotel Le Negresco and 100 m from the beach. It is lovingly furnished and on the 5th floor with a large terrace overlooking the sea. This makes it unique. I would want to stay here for ever. A big thank you to the lady of the house, who provided us with good tips for excursions and inspiring conversations. Thank you so much. It was an unforgettable stay in Nice.

Charmant séjour au Palais Adly

Idéalement situé, cet appartement est doté d une magnifique terrasse fleurie donnant sur les toits rosés du Negresco et la promenade des Anglais. Martha La gérante a toujours été très disponible et prévenante. Nous conserverons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour.

Merveilleux appartement !

Cet appartement est splendide. Sa situation exceptionnelle en fait un point idéal pour y poser ses valises, profiter de la plage, de la promenade des anglais et de la ville. L’appartement est très bien équipé. Tout y est pour passer un excellent séjour : calme, ensoleillement, belle vue mer et Negresco, mais aussi fraîcheur car l’appartement bénéficie d’une double exposition. La fibre et le wifi sont également parfaits. Cet appartement bénéficie d’une terrasse d’exception , spacieuse et idéale, agrémentée de plantes vertes et d’un mobilier de qualité. Nous y avons passé deux semaines avec nos deux enfants. Martha est de plus une personne très serviable qui a le souci de bien accueillir les locataires, ce qui très appréciable.

Bel appartement et superbe terrasse avec vue latérale sur la mer

L’apartement est spacieux, deux grandes chambres, deux salles de bain, beau salon avec salle à manger et cuisine full équipée. Nous avons tout particulièrement apprécié la spacieuse terrasse très bien aménagée avec vue latérale sur la mer ! Un tout grand merci à Martha qui s’est montrée très attentive et attentionnée. Very elegant apartment, bright and spacious in the middle of town. Large terrace and great views, parking possibility. reasonable price. Normally, we only rent it to friends, but this year due to Corona Virus we decided to offer it to other guests.
