Medieval tower in a quaint old village
Quaint and cozy apartment at the first and second floor of a medieval tower, situated in the ancient part of the village, peaceful because only pedestrian.
It has one bedroom with wooden ceiling and wooden beams, with a double bed and a single bed.
Living room with a cozy fireplace (we provide a generous basket of firelogs), spatious table + 5 chairs, double sofa bed, TV, WiFi.
Full equipped kitchen (gas, microwave, pots and pans, oven, fridge, kettle, toaster, two italian cofee pots for 3 and 6 cups, american coffee pot).
Bathroom with shower, hairdryer, fan heater.
Washing machine, iron and ironing board.
Maps, books and tourist info in different languages.
Big sunny terrace with table, chairs, sun deckchairs, small barbecue.
Terrace: a big terrace with table, chairs, deckchairs is outside the tower, in front of the entrance of the tower.
Parking: the heart of the village is medieval with just pedestrian alleys: a big public parking, free with no time limit, is at 100 meters from the house, behind the church. Private parking on disposal for our guests is at 200 meters from the tower (close to the restaurant “Breglia”): fenced, uncovered and unattended.

After the reception on arrival (I personally take care to welcome you) I like to respect the privacy and tranquility of my guests. Here, surrounded by nature, they can recharge themselves away from the traffic and mass tourism.

Why they chose this property
Breglia is few minutes drive from the busiest and most famous places around the lake. Good bus services connect Breglia with Menaggio (from 7am to 6pm, not on Sunday), and the locals restaurants/pizzerias has excellent meals with little expense. Great surroundins with extraordinary views. In this small village people are friendly, you can feel the atmosphere of yesteryear Italy.
What makes this property unique
The tower is in the oldest part of the village, its walls have a thousand years, the facade reveal ancient stone windows, next there was a monastery (15th century).
In the apartment is visible a big beam done with a chestnut tree.
The fireplace is pleasant in the cold evenings!!
The big terrace is a very quite place for relaxing and enjoying breakfast.
