HOUSE ON THE BEACH FRONT LINE.juu

Unique house with capacity for 10 people, recently renovated (July 2019). It is located 10 m from the sea, a short distance from a supermarket and very close to the town center, with a cozy atmosphere and many bars and restaurants around.
The house is next to the best beaches of the Mar Menor and the Mediterranean Sea, the port of Lo Pagán and the marina of San Pedro del Pinatar. You can also enjoy the famous therapeutic mud baths of the Mar Menor, the Natural Park of the Salinas de San Pedro in whose reserve nests flamingos and other birds.
The nearest golf courses are less than 15 minutes away (Las Colinas, Roda Golf, La Torre Golf Resort ...). If you feel like shopping, you will find the large outdoor shopping center "La Zenia Boulevard" in a short drive.
The house has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with shower (one of them is in an inner courtyard with en suite bathroom), large bright kitchen with all appliances and a living room overlooking the sea. You will enjoy a large terrace of 80 m2 to enjoy the breathtaking views and enjoy the sunny days. In this area we have a microclimate in which to take advantage of more than 300 sunny days a year.
