Central Grottammare near the beach
Excellent location in the historic center of the town, fresh and bright 4-bed apartment (one double bedroom, one double sofa bed in the open space living room), two balconies, open kitchen complete with dishwasher, large windowed bathroom with shower, hip bath and washing machine . First floor in a small building (not wheelchair accessible). Very convenient, 50 meters from the equipped beach and 100 meters from the free beach and close to: shops, restaurants, fruit and vegetable market, bike rental, bus stop and Fs station, rotisseries, bike path, pedestrian area, public gardens.
Sheets, towels, hair dryer, beach towels, TV, iron and ironing board, final cleaning. On request, cot for children with bars.
Animals welcome.
From Saturday to Saturday, check in 3 pm, check out at 10 am
At check-in a 150 euro security deposit is required, refundable on departure
