"Casa Filomena" - Avola
House on two floors with terrace and parking space inside the courtyard.
The apartment is composed of: Kitchen with everything needed for cooking, TV included. Substandard use of pantry, bathroom with toilet, bidet and sink. The corridor leads to the upper floor where there are 2 double bedrooms, one with a double bed and a walk-in closet and the other with 2 single beds, a desk and a wardrobe. 2 bathrooms, one with shower and Jacuzzi, the other with shower and washing machine. On the terrace there is a table with chairs + barbucue where it is possible to enjoy the beautiful days. Pets are welcome if they are small.
