une jolie maison, très bien équipée, et un jardin et piscine très agréables et bien arboréssituation proche des commerces, de Hossegor, les plages faciles d'accèsles propriétaires sont très disponibles, et réactifs en cas de besoin tout en étant discretsje recommande cette maison

C’etait fantastique !

We had a wonderful week in this house. It is in a great location especially as we had bicycles and were able to get to the centre of Capbreton, Hossegor the lake, the port and a lot of different beaches and then come back to such a beautiful house in such a peaceful road. Patricia is extremely friendly and her house is very well equipped especially in the kitchen. There is a fantastic outside dining area with a plancha for cooking, eight really good sun loungers with cushions around a superb,clean and well maintained swimming pool. It is almost perfect, there are two things I will mention but not as a criticism,instead, as hopefully helpful feedback. One is that for us if two of the rooms had single beds it would have been better. All the rooms have quite small double beds which made it a bit difficult for our two big teenage boys to share ! The other thing is that it would have been nice to have an electric fan in each room as it did get extremely hot at night (perhaps it was a particularly hot week.). Overall we had a great week and would certainly recommend this house and we would love to go back again one day. Thank you

Beautiful villa, very helpful owners. Perfect position, quiet cul de sac, but within easy reach of Capbreton and Hossegor for food, beach and lake. 10/10. Many thanks :)

Ideal place to feel comfortable

It is a very nice and extremely well maintained accommodation. The house is gorgeous and furnished with everything needed. The pool was maintained by the owner. The owners are super friendly. Beautiful surroundings. We would always go there again.
