The master bedroom has a king-size bed, the second bedroom has two single beds. The covered carport is suitable for 2 cars and has a (standard outlet) charging for an electric car.
Bedrooms and living room are equipped with air conditioning and wireless internet. Our WiFi is 20Mbps Download; 10 Mbps Upload.
The house is located on a private lot of 800 sqm, there is a gazebo with bar, fridge and barbecue area with BBQ.
There is a shaded terrace and a terrace for sun lovers.
The house has wide doors without thresholds, easy for wheelchairs. The house and kitchen are fully equipped.
It has a recreation area with pool and bar (bar presently closed). This is at the complex, a few minutes walk from the house.
