minute walk to La Garita beach. Located in the calm, quiet and safe gated community of Costa Pedasi. Approximately 7 minutes from the town of Pedasi.
You look out the back glass sliding doors and you see the pool and view of the Pacific
Ocean. The house is fully furnished inside and out. The master bedroom includes a
king-sized bed, walk-in closet with plenty of storage space and large ensuite with a rain
drop shower with massaging jets. There is a large screened sliding door with direct
access to the outdoor patio and pool. The front bedroom has a queen size bed, the
interior bedroom has a double bed. The shared Jack and Jill bathroom comes with two
sinks, as well as a massaging, rain drop shower and plenty of drawers for all your
toiletries. All rooms have individually controlled air conditioning units and ceiling fans.
Bathrooms come supplied with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and hair dryers.
Kitchen includes stainless steel appliances such as: a 5 burner range, oven, double-
door fridge with ice maker/water dispenser, dishwasher, toaster oven, microwave, wine
fridge and beverage fridge. All dishes, pots and pans, slow cooker, rice cooker, air fryer
and utensils. Kitchen comes with an island with sitting area, as well as a dining table
area. There is a walk-in pantry and laundry room with washer, dryer and hanging rack.
All towels and linens are provided. There is a half bath off the living room area with a
door that opens to the pool area, so you can access it without going thru the house.
The house has a separate TV room with recliners for that occasional night of rest and
relaxation. Included as well are two portable speakers to run your music streaming
services inside or out. High Speed Wi-fi is available throughout the house and front and rear sitting areas. Grounds are fully landscaped. The house and grounds are beautiful night or day.
The back patio area comes complete with an outdoor bbq grill, bar area, a sitting area
with very comfortable furniture, pool and loungers. The second patio comes with
outdoor furniture, a bench, a fire pit to sit and have a glass of wine around and a water
feature. A perfect spot to spend a evening relaxing and listening to the waves crash on
the shore.
The house was designed to let the cool ocean breeze enter during the day with two
windows by the front door that open, and the two screened sliding doors in the
living/dining room allowing the cool Pacific breezes to enter the house. The coloured
pool light and LED Landscape lights throughout the yard give the house the feeling of
your own private retreat.
