Residence 51 is luxuriously appointed with fine linens and towels, hand crafted furnishings and a gourmet kitchen that has been stocked with brand new items such as All Clad cookware, a Nespresso coffee maker and high end dishes and flatware, all new for December 2022.
With approximately 2000 square feet of living space, plus an outdoor beachfront patio, the residence can easily accommodate one or two families. The focal point of the residence is the kitchen and great room framed by floor to ceiling windows with expansive views of the ocean. Enjoy your morning coffee and evening cocktail, leisurely watching surfers at the beach, or the magical sunset. T
There are three large bedrooms in the main house with on-suite bathrooms, and a fourth bedroom with an on-suite bathroom and a private entrance.
In addition, there is a carport with enough space for two cars, storage for surfboards, and a laundry room.
