Our ocean access 2-bedroom 2.5 bathroom villa was designed for tropical comfort and enjoyment at Panama's best surf beach! Newly built in 2019, the air-conditioned Spanish Colonial-style house offers an open-concept central living space with a direct connection to a private terrace (open or close as desired). Dine inside at the breakfast bar or outside at a full dining table made from almond wood that seats eight people under the covered terrace.

Easy walk to the beach (3 minutes and your toes are in the ocean).

The new kitchen includes all modern appliances, granite countertops, and multiphase phase reverse osmosis water filtering and UV light. We even have a reserve water tank with 2 additional filtration systems. The living space includes two comfortable couches, two side chairs, a teak wood TV entertainment center, a very large Samsung screen Smart TV with sound bar and subwoofer which also has Apple TV and high-speed Wi-Fi via Starlink that is on a battery backup APC for no outages during automatic transfer to generator power.

One of the bedrooms includes a super comfortable queen-sized Beautyrest mattress with a private bathroom shower and 2 sink vanity. The other bedroom has two single (twin) size beds, a bunkbed, and a private full bathroom. An over under washer and dryer are in the wash closet. The house is adorned throughout with local Panamanian and international fine art.

The terrace is also optionally equipped with a relaxing hammock. Around the villa is an abundance of seasonal fresh fruits: pineapple, passionfruit, starfruit, papaya, pitaya, coconut, mulberry, figs, purple bananas, & native plantain, as well as various herbs: lemongrass, mint, oregano, chives, galangal, and more. You will surely want to smell our fragrant and colorful flowers: hibiscus, clitoria, several specimens of frangipani, love lies bleeding, moringa, jasmine, and more. There is also an outdoor shower to rinse off after swimming or surfing. Just walk along the naturally smooth agate stone path towards the backside of the villa. for a quick rinse.

Just 250 meters away is a community resort-style shared infinity swimming pool with lots of hammocks underneath the shaded lounge area and easy access to the stunning Pacific Ocean beach. Don't forget the oceanfront restaurant and bar, which are also part of the community area.

Playa Venao (the beach!) is a breathtakingly beautiful crescent-shaped bay and one of the best destinations in Panama for surfing, fishing, and an outdoor active lifestyle.
