Wonderful stay

Very clean & comfortable apartment fully equipped with everything we needed - oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine. We loved the location - they had a parking spot for us and it was just a short walk to all the sights. Absolutely wonderful stay!

This property is wonderful! Very clean, spacious, modern, and is fully equipped. The owner was extremely nice and helpful, as well as easy and quick to communicate. Everything was modern and updated. The washing machine for laundry and a private parking spot was great too. 5 minute walk to old town. There had a nice terrace to sit and even the fridge had some welcome drinks. We would definitely this place!

Great stay with easy parking in Rovinj

Great location with on site parking. Apartment was just as described, it had everything we needed for our stay. We were treated with some drinks in the fridge, which was a nice touch! It was within a short walk to the old town with shopping and restaurants. About a 30 minute walk to Lone beach which is great for families. Communication with the host was easy. We would highly recommend this apartment when staying in Rovinj.

Exceptional apartment!

We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. It was clean, spacious, quiet, modern, and well equipped. The private parking space and washing/laundry machine were an extra bonus. There was a nice terrace to sit and enjoy the complimentary drinks waiting for us in the refrigerator. Everything you need for kitchen use. 5 min walk to the old town. The owner was friendly, helpful and responded quickly to any communication. We would definitely recommend this place! Look no further!

Lovely apartment!

Apartment Polenta is lovely! We stayed there in the winter and the apartment was warm. It was very clean. The washing machine works great as does the coffee maker. It is located up the hill from the sea but it is a short walk. The location is quiet. It was nice to have a parking space. Thanks for the great stay!

Nice apartment in the gem of Istria

Amazing apartment, spacious, short walking distance to fabulous old town of Rovinj. Very easy to reach. Parking place inside the yard, guarded by a lovely german shepherd. Hosts very kind, it was a pleasure to meet them. Apartment has new furniture, all the amenities and it's very warm. The area is very quiet. If we'll come back to Rovinj, we'll make the same choice, no doubt!

Better than home

This apartment is superb. Fully equipped even with extras (many kitchen utensils, big fridge and freezer, dishwasher, micro, electric kettle, coffee machine, sandwich maker, washing machine, iron, air conditioning, smart tv), spotlessly clean and spacious. It is really close to the centre (5 min by foot) yet very peaceful and quiet. In addition the owners are truly nice people welcoming us with some cold drinks prepared in the fridge and a big bowl of fruit. They live on the top floor so they're always at hand if needed but never pushy. Even Guido, their dog is cute and well-behaved :) Definitely a place to return!

Fantastycznie!!!!

Bardzo sympatyczni właściciele. Super wyposażony apartament. Miejsce parkingowe!!!!! W tak doskonałej lokalizacji to raczej rzadkość. Blisko do starego miasta i do sklepów spożywczych. Wii-fi bardzo dobrze działało co dzisiaj niestety nie jest normą😊😊 Polecam Rovinj bo uważamy że to jednak najpiękniejsze miasto Istrii a zwiedziliśmy sporo.

Abbiamo apprezzato la cortesia, accoglienza, simpatia e disponibilità dei nostri host. L’appartamento, arredato con mobili moderni, è molto vicino al centro storico. Avere il parcheggio e uno spazio esterno a disposizione è molto comodo. Pulizia al top, disponibilità di bevande e frutta fresca all’arrivo. Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo. Cosa chiedere di più?
