Weekend in Carlsbad

Enjoyed time spent on the patio watching the surfers. Studio is small but location is perfect. Check in was easy and office staff was pleasant and helpful. Would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful Beach front property

My husband and I just spend three nights and it was absolutely beautiful. The owner/manager Kurt was extremely nice. The one bedroom had all the needed amenities; it is literally right on the beach but provides you with privacy if wanted. Definitely would recommend and definitely will plan on coming back.

The view when we opened the door to our condo was amazing!!! The condo was nicely updated and had everything you need for a stay by the beach. My daughter was so happy to be right on the beach. Kurt was super nice and extremely helpful. Will definitely stay here again!!!

I was very happy overall with the property. It was on the beach as promised and it is a beautiful beach. It was located close to many restaurants and interesting stores. No need to drive your car once you arrive if you don't want to. I plan on returning sometime in the future.

Amazing Location on the Beach!

My Husband and I had such a great stay at the Seashore on the Sand! We had everything we could have hoped for, right on the Beach just as advertised! We enjoyed sitting on the Lanai every day watching the amazing waves and felt like we were right on the sand, (without the sand). Kurt was awesome, we enjoyed talking with him and he was super easy going and so accommodating. We would definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again next year! Thanks so much for having such a great place for us to stay and enjoy the cool coast from the AZ heat!

The location is amazing, the people are very nice. But the property is in transition so just make sure you check details of your agreement carefully before you book. Also make sure they've remodeled which they claim to be in process of doing.

Unbeatable location

Great location right on the beach with beautiful sunsets! Nice to be able to walk to so many restaurants and shops in Carlsbad Village. Comfortable bed with extra pillows and blankets. So nice to hear the ocean lull you to sleep. Shower was excellent and nice to have two sinks in bathroom. I knocked one star off on cleanliness for living room valences that were quite soiled but otherwise unit was clean. Easy check-in...so great to have a code to enter and not have to deal with keys. Overall, a great stay!

Great Beachfront Condo

Our stay was fantastic at this beachfront condo. Everything was as advertised and the unit was clean and updated. Plenty of plates and utensils along with your basic appliances. The Keurig was a nice extra. We looked down directly at the beach, and had a spectacular view of the ocean and the sunsets. We'll definitely look to stay here again.

Seashore on the Sand

This is our favorite place to stay in Carlsbad! They upgraded us to a bigger unit and it was amazing as well. Our bed linens were dirty when we arrived but there was a washer/dryer in the unit so I did a little laundry. Other than that, it was perfect as usual! This was the first time we have ever had any kind of issue with this building and it was an easy fix. We will be back for sure.

What a wonderful place. Well kept, clean and very conveniently located to awesome restaurants. And right on the beach. They had boogey boards, chairs etc and we just had a blast on the beach every day. The hosts were just wonderful. There was some mix up in the booking and Lisa gave us a gift certificate to a wonderful family owned Italian restaurant. Our family thoroughly enjoyed the stay, jogging, walking, boogey boarding and watching sunsets from the balcony. One of our best vacations
