This is a great property-large and extremely well set up and provisioned. Great kitchen, bath, and bedroom. Wonderful rocking and reclining chairs to watch tv. Provided good coffee and nice bottle of wine. Located in nice neighborhood BP near all the places we were visiting. Host was accessible via VRBO. And it had a laundry area in the unit. Great view of backyard from kitchen. Would highly recommend.

We did an extended stay, 2 months to visit family for the summer. The rental was great for our needs! The neighborhood was great, near parks and within biking or walking distance of a good market. There was off street parking for our car, and we really appreciated the privacy of the separate ADU.The host was friendly and responded quickly and solved the problem when we had any issues.

We didn’t meet our host however she was very responsive when we contacted her. When we arrived a day earlier than expected and requested to check in early we got a very quick response. The cottage was so cozy and comfortable that we hated to leave, in fact we added an extra day at the end! It is very well furnished with anything you might need. The bed was comfortable as were the reclining chairs. It’s located in an area convenient to many very good restaurants. The laundry was great as we were traveling long distance and for 3 weeks. As seniors, the walk in shower and parking right outside the gate were very convenient. We appreciated the welcome bottle of wine and the provided coffee!We will most definitely stay again on future visits to Portland!

The cottage entry gate needs repair. The gate would drag on the concrete when entering. Also, the dead plants at the doorway lacked “curb appeal”. The inside lighting makes the cottage appear dark. An outdoor space would enhance the stay considerably. The refrigerator has a motor running sound. The location was great, nearby coffee shops & restaurants.

Kitchen was equipped for cooking, could wash clothes, work remotely. Living area had a TV with recliners for comfy seating and a separate seating area for relaxing. Kitchen table was great to spread out for remote work. Quiet neighborhood and could walk to restaurants and and pubs. It was a great place and would stay here again.

We come to Portland often to visit our son and this place is one of the best. Clean, cozy and a great location. Easy to get everywhere and good for walking. The kitchen has everything one would need. Great place. Would definitely stay here again.

This was one of our favorite stays ever! The kitchen was incredibly well-stocked, the space was cozy and comfortable—perfect for my husband and me. The location couldn’t be better: peaceful, beautifully situated for getting around Portland, and just a short stroll to the lovely nearby park. Lill is an exceptional host, and I’ll be hoping this place is available every time we come to Portland.
