Great Time!

We enjoy going to Cloudcroft to get a break from the Texas heat. This cabin is our #1 go-to place. We've stayed here several times and are always very satisfied! Thank you for providing such a clean, cozy, and comfy cabin!

The host was nice; she remembered me from a few years earlier. The cabin is nice and clean, and very well-equipped with a generous supply of dishes, pots, and pans, as well as a well-stocked cabinet of spices.

Wonderful getaway!

My family absolutely loved our stay in this quaint cabin! The well stocked kitchen was such a bonus. We cooked many meals and enjoyed having all of the proper utensils and cookware. We enjoyed the cool summer days and sitting outside on the patio. We can't wait until our next visit!

Excellent cabin amenities, really clean all around. Nice communication with Lisa. Upper floor a little bit cold but nice electric sheets to have a good sleep. No issues with appliances, good water heater, nice stove, big fridge. All things needed to cook included. Will highly recommend this cabin to everybody...

Spring Break 2024

The cabin had everything we needed for a fun weekend. The cabin is clean and cozy and offers so many amenities like coffee, pancake mix well stocked spice cabinet and filtered water. We enjoyed playing board games on the big table and sitting by the fireplace. We are looking forward to our next stay.

Very clean and spacious. There was enough tea, coffee, oatmeal, and pancake mix for our pleasure to make for breakfast. What was very nice is it had games and books to keep the kids entertained. Above all warm water for bathing.

Perfect Winter Vacation

Cedar Lodge was perfect for our trip to Cloudcroft. The cabin was totally equipped with everything you could need +. So many kitchen items provided that I had packed because usually the guest brings. Great winter time fun with skiing; tubing; & sledding. Thank you for sharing Cedar Lodge!

We didn't find out all of the rules until we arrived, which caused a bit of friction with the host, but through communication, we worked it out.

Thank you for your review. I would like to point out for anyone who hasn't stayed with us that the rule he is referring to is our limit of 8 guests and no more. The friction he is referring to is the extra charges that resulted from his reservation for 2 guests, but bringing 10. And the 'communication' was him trying to explain his mistake and me giving him a break on the extra charges. Overall they took good care of the cabin.

My friends and I rented this Cabin as a haven in the woods for some relaxation. We had a great time. The cabin was clean, cozy, and tidy, and it had everything we needed. We kept the wood burning stove going all day, and it kept the whole house a perfect temperature while creating a nice atmosphere. We would definitely stay there again.
