Sunny two bedroom, two bathroom apartment located within the Coto Real complex. The apartment comes with air conditioning, fully fitted kitchen including a dishwasher and washing machine, lounge / diner with patio doors leading to the terrace. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom and doors leading to the terrace. The terrace is furnished with a dining set and has views of the mountains and distant sea views.

I’ve stayed in a few apartments in Coto Real & this was one of the best, lovely layout, everything you need, you know with Duquesa estates it’s always going to be spotless, an amazing service, and all the little additions and touches always makes it’s a pleasure to stay. TV, needs a smart tv with Netflix & YouTube,

Excellent Accommodation and service

This is the 3rd time we have booked through Duquesa and each time the booking has been so easy and the service very good, on this stay we were staying here for the 2nd part of a 2 week holiday so asked if possible to check in early, we were told it may be possible but not guaranteed, on checking in with the office we were told the apartment was ready and not only that on checkout there was no one booked in so we could keep the apartment for the day, with us having a late flight this was so helpful, the place itself was very clean with amazing views, it's like having a home from home with all the amenities you need for a lovely stay, the pool area is kept lovely and plenty of beds and shaded area, will definitely book again.

February in the Keys

This is a beautiful rental property and is exactly as the listing shows. Everything from the bedding to the furnishings and appliances are high end. We had an effortless checkin and the owner was easy to connect with. Being on the canal was fun to watch all of the boat traffic. It was nice to have bikes and kayaks available too. The only problem we had during the whole month was the construction on the house across the canal. You might want to check on the state of that before renting. Of course this is not something the owner can control but we had jack hammering going on several afternoons as they demolished cement walls.

Great apartment, stunning area

We love this area and always stay on Coto Real. Very nice apartment with lovely views. About a 15 minute walk to the Port and a bit further to Sabinillas. Great restaurant choices in both. Beaches within 15/20 min walk. On the day before departure I asked for an extra hour in the apartment and this was accommodated at no extra cost which was appreciated. The apartment was generally well equipped but there weren’t many tumbler glasses. We had a terrible first night due to the bed in the main room squeaking badly. Duquesa estates were very quick to send someone out however they came when we weren’t there and whatever they did, didn’t work. We ended up buying some WD40 and luckily this resolved the issue!

Desconexión en la naturaleza

Las instalaciones de la urbanización y las vistas de la terraza son estupendas, destacar que la bajada que tiene al parquin es algo complicada donde el embrague del coche sufre constantemente en las subidas y si no quieres que se estropee mejor dejarlo arriba y te toca bajar andando al portal 3 Un poco más de limpieza en la cocina, los muebles estaban pegajosos y menajes de cocina sucios y deteriorado. La empresa nos facilitó unas sartenes nuevas al igual que unas colchonetas de espuma para ponerlos en ambas camas individuales que tiene la casa ya que los actuales colchones se encontraban en mal Estado.

La amplitud del apartamento y las piscinas Parking: el conserje nos tuvo que explicar la app para entrar en el mismo (sin mando). Garaje de entrada difícil con un coche grande. Hormigas en la cocina.

Nos gustó todo. Solo añadiriamos una pega, y es sobre el tema de los dormitorios, de las camas, concretamente los colchones, son muy malos. Por lo demás todo genial. Seguiremos haciendo nuestras vacaciones con vosotros.
