Cascina Teresina Casa Vacanze is located in the hills of the Monferrato area of Asti.
Typical Piedmontese farmhouse with courtyard and barn and ancient cellars with exposed brick vaults. The structure dates back to the 1800s characterized by load-bearing brick walls of the era that preserve its summer freshness and winter warmth.
La Cascina overlooks the castle of Cortazzone and the pristine hills of Monferrato.
To fully appreciate the living room it is possible to use the outdoor garden equipped with dehor and barbecue. Ample parking
It is possible to arrange work shops of fresh pasta (orecchiette, agnolotti, gnocchi, tagliatelle, etc.) preserved with typical local products.
It is possible to use the structure for parties in the large living room and in the courtyard.

Best trip ever!

We were a group of 9 girls and had the best 3 days staying here. Alessio and Anna were incredible hosts and so helpful when we asked about arranging activities and taxis. It was a joy to stay here and we all said we’d love to go back. Only problem was we didn’t stay long enough and were all sad to leave. Thank you for having us ☺️

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche in der Cascina Teresina. Die Zimmer sind z.T. recht groß, der Aufenthaltsraum ist angenehm, wenn auch etwas dunkel. Helleres Licht wäre schön. Toll war, dass in jedem Schlafzimmer ein Fenster ein Fliegengitter hatte, ebenfalls die Küche, wohl auch wegen der vielen winzigen Stechmücken. Die Fensterläden schließen gut, man kann es richtig dunkel machen. Allerdings wird es dann auch schnell warm...Der Aufstellpool ist schön, gepflegt und überall gleich tief. Direkt neben dem Ferienhaus ist eine kleine Kapelle, die die Stunden schlägt. Die auf dem Bild zu sehende Laterne leuchtet die ganze Nacht hell. Abschalten nicht möglich. Ausflüge nach Turin und Asti sind zu empfehlen, Einkaufen ebenfalls in Asti. Alles in allem ein schönes Haus im sehr schönen Piemont.

Bella esperienza

Casa grande ed arredata con molto gusto. Completa di tutto. Bella posizione con panorama sulle colline del Monferrato e molto tranquilla. Padroni di casa gentili e disponibili, molto discreti. Abbiamo soggiornato una settimana in tre coppie di amici e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Speriamo di poter tornare.

Typical Piemonte Farmhouse

This is an attractive, roomy property that has been well-restored, with generous outdoor space to relax by the pool, sunbathe in the garden and eat under the shade. Alessio and Anna were kind and welcoming hosts: responsive to our needs and queries, providing some local information in English, offering us fresh eggs from their chickens and local delicacies. We can't praise it too highly.
