Top floor duplex apartment situated right in the heart of Puerto de la Duquesa. Two bathrooms, three bedrooms with two on the first floor and one on the upper floor. Two southwest facing terraces, one on each floor. The apartment benefits from wifi and air conditioning.

Good size apartment. Didn't use the top floor, not needed, beware spiral staircase. Wonderful location and outlook. Plenty of room, bit tight for 6, we had plenty however. Right next to the port and all its amenities. Recommended.

1. The apartment is well located close to everything you need. 2. It is well equipped including dish washer and washing machine. 1. Unfortunately, the elevator was out of order. We would have appreciated to be informed in advance. 2. Not all the dishes including glasses were enough clean.

The best apartment with a sunniest balcony in the area.

You get the sun all day long on the balcony when the sun is shining. Change the fridge door to open towards the kitchen door. If you standing in the kitchen you open the door with your right hand and I trap my finger between the handle and the door frame. This can easily be done by changing the door hinges to the other side of the fridge. This will make it easier to open the door from the kitchen area. At the moment you have to stand outside the kitchen area and open door with your left hand so you don’t trap your hand.

Family holiday

Apartment is well equipped and brilliant location to all the bars and restaurants. The apartment has 3 bathrooms all well equipped and nice power in the water. Bed linen and towels are clean and tidy. Remember to take a hairdryer. There is plenty of parking close by so don’t fret about that. There is no pool but beach just 5 minutes walk to the beach so safe as houses. Would stay here again

Good value for money. A little dated, and could do with a bit of updating here and there but suited 4 golfers for location price and size of property

Muy buen alojamiento, tan sólo hemos echado de menos un microondas.

Muy completo y limpio. La salida de la estancia debería de ser a las 11.00 hs por lo menos. Microondas y retirar alfombras para las estancias en los meses de verano.
