Incredible views and stunning. spacious interior

Update: newly painted home! This incredible home is immaculate and well maintained. This inviting 4 bedroom, 4 bath home has incredible views of the marsh and access to a community dock which is a great spot for fishing and wildlife viewing. The living room has an open, two story ceiling with floor to ceiling windows and lots of light. An open kitchen has plenty of storage and counter space for meal prep and leads right to a dining table for 8 and a screened porch with comfortable seating for sunset cocktails on the porch!

The main level has a den with a pull out couch (great spot for the kids to have their own space!), large laundry, spacious master suite with a queen bed and large ensuite bathroom.

The second floor has a queen bedroom with private bath. There is also a room with two twins and another guest room with two full beds that share a spacious bathroom.

This spacious property has plenty of room for a large family or two families to share, there is plenty of room to spread out; amazing outdoor space, and a peaceful setting make this the perfect Kiawah getaway!

No smoking and no pets allowed

When you stay with ESPM for 3-21 nights you will receive a valuable credit of up to $280 (amount dependent on length of stay) to use toward beach gear, bikes, etc. Credit may not be available for last minute bookings, 48 hours notice is required.

As our guest, you will have access to 5 Championship Golf Courses – including The Ocean Course – the location of the 2012 and 2021 PGA Championship; The Kiawah Island Resort Tennis Center - #1 ranked by Tennis Resorts Online; Free Wireless Internet Access;. Local Property Management staff is on hand in case of emergencies and their friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable staff can assist you with any needs throughout your stay. No smoking and no pets allowed.

Upon booking you will be sent a rental agreement to review and complete online. Your booking is not confirmed until this document has been submitted.

Nice home in a beautiful, quiet setting

All was nice in the home except one aspect. One of the AC units outside the downstairs, front bedroom was VERY LOUD & vibrated the wall, floor and bed so much that sleep was impossible in that bedtoom, the entire werkend.

The property was even better than the pictures. The view was fantastic and the place was was decorated very comfortable yet elegant. The kitchen was well stocked with glasses and items we needed.

Perfect for lodging for wedding

The kitchen was well stocked and well laid out.The view on to the Marsh is peaceful & expansive. The beach is an easy 7 min bike ride away (access 39 or 40).My only suggested improvements would be:1) a new washing machine (the front loader was moldy & smelled). Top loaders are so much easier to keep clean in a rental.2) a outdoor dining table & chairs on the back porch.Thank you for letting us stay! We’ll be back!

. The house was perfect for my mother’s 80th birthday party.

My only complaint was the cleaning service was camped outside the house one hour before our checkout time. This added a little anxiety to our packing up and getting out after a lovely time at Kiawah lsland.

The house literally met all of our needs. The open floor plan made it easy to congregate without feeling crowded. In addition, there was a minor maintenance issue, and not only did ESPM go over and beyond to accommodate my family and I, the owners of the home also followed up to ensure that we were taken care of and had an enjoyable stay. Amazing customer service!

Our only complaint was that it wasn't well stocked with necessities (trash bags for example) and the kitchen wasn't well stocked - with enough pans, large bowls and such for us for the meals we prepared. It was a bit surprising for the amount we paid to rent it.

Beautiful place and great view!

Place was very clean and all the attention to detail was well thought out. Decor was really nice too. Very exclusive feel in the neighborhood. Being in town for a funeral, it was really nice having a beautiful place and view to come back to and take your mind off for a while. The shops and dining nearby were awesome, especially the Java Java coffee shop! Definitely would recommend this place!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our third Kiawah rental home through ESPM in the last 12 months. Hillary and the staff at ESPM are exceptional. This home is nice but misses the mark in key areas. The beautiful salt marsh views can not be fully enjoyed because the owners have allowed the scrub brush to grow so high it blocks the view. Also the outdoor furniture on the back deck is woefully inadequate. Only two chairs for a four bedroom house. When you pay for salt marsh views and outdoor vacation living the house should deliver as advertised. If these issues are rectified we would give the house a much higher rating and review.

We had a few things that we brought to the management company’s attention that they immediately tried to fix. The other downstairs bedroom is very cold and we tried to shut the vents a bit but had no luck there should have been an extra blanket in the closet. Instead my friends were shivering all night till we got them a blanket from another room. I would also recommend a few more wine glasses.
