The screened lanai features a heated pool, an outdoor covered living area equipped with 55” tv , dining table that seats 4 , custom upholstered couch and side chair and propane fire pit. Grill great meals with the new gas grill. This home also features a private outdoor teak shower area.
Getting to the beach is easy with 2 electra beach cruiser bikes and 2 townie cruiser bikes, 4 beach chairs umbrella cooler and beach toys all easily accessible in the 2 car garage.

My wife's family had a condo on Vanderbilt Beach in Naples for 30 years. We visited multiple times per year and love SW Florida. We plan to retire in about 5 years when our children leave for college. Until then, we plan to visit several times per year, but are looking for the right renter for season (January 1, 2018-March 30, 2018).
Why they chose this property
We fell in love with this home because it is both quiet and in the heart of things. Being on a cul- de- sac street provides a sense of security as the only traffic is your neighbors. Being a short walk to Bonita Beach Rd. provides local shopping and restaurants. Barefoot Beach and Bonita Beach are within a 5 minute drive or 15-20 minute bike ride. The neighborhood is great for walking and looking at nicely appointed neighbor's properties.
What makes this property unique
Being able to hop on your bike and head to the beach is a huge benefit. Sometimes we want to go to the beach for an hour and riding the bikes makes that possible. Parking at the beach in season is somewhat difficult. There are not any neighbors across the street and the pond behind the screened in pool and lanai give you a lot of privacy.
