About this property

Duplex with hydromassage near the beach and the harbor for 2 persons

Charming house, next to the beach and the port, on two floors with a terrace in the center and at the same time a quiet place at the foot of the Castle with beautiful views from the terrace to the Bay of Levante, the sea. In vintage style, the house has a hot tub for two people and on the terrace it has a gazebo space with sofa and table to enjoy dinner and breakfast overlooking the Bay. The house is cool in summer, the breeze always runs.

From the terrace you can also see the Castle and an incredible view of the town. At the same time it is an area with a lot of atmosphere just walking 100 meters

VACACIONES 2023

El alojamiento es fiel al anuncio. Es una casa antigua pero decorada con mucho gusto. Para mi gusto necesitaría aire acondicionado ya que es muy calurosa en los meses de verano y este problema no se soluciona con ventiladores. Su ubicación está muy bien ya que está a 5 minutos andando de una playa bastante grande y limpia. Águilas es una localidad que está muy cerca de calas vírgenes para visitar y también tiene muchos sitios para ver con niños.

Se echa de menos un microondas y un tostador normal, el mini grill que hay tarda mucho. Está cerca de la playa y del centro, la cuesta y las escaleras pesan un poco pero te acostumbras.

Estancia muy agradable

Hemos estado muy agusto en este alojamiento. Laura desde el principio muy amable y atenta con nuestras necesidades, y la casa muy acogedora, decorada con un gusto especial.. Está cerca de todos los servicios y al lado de la playa. Recomendable en todos los sentidos.

El alojamiento coincide fielmente con la descripción. Casa antigua, con todo lo necesario. Decorada con mucho detalle. Al ocupar varias plantas hay que subir escaleras. Las habitaciones son un poco calurosas. El hidromasaje genial. Laura es muy maja y agradable.

Charmant et très bien situé

Le charme de la décoration et la situation idéale à 2 min du centre compensent un standing un peu ancien. La vue en terrasse sur la baie et le centre port est très appréciable, pour les petits apéros de fin de journée. La propriétaire est très arrangeante. Cette location hors des circuits touristiques vous plonge au coeur de la vie espagnole.

Un rincon de ensueño y muy acogedor

La casa es una obra de arte sin igual, muy acogedora y corto me quedo diciendo que es maravillosa o preciosa. Un lugar de ensueño y encanto. La decoracion es sobresaliente. Casa enclavada en el casco histórico de Aguilas, muy cerca del puerto, tiendas, bares playas, y como no mencionar, en el casco histórico a las faldas del castillo de San Juan de Aguilas del Siglo 18, y sus miradores, el lugar es muy tranquilo y muy bien situado. Sin embargo la casa de por si invita a disfrutar de sus maravillas, su atmosfera de encanto y sus vistas. Los propietarios muy entrantes, simpaticos y atentos. Sin duda hay es un lugar para repetir y un rincon paradisiaco. Un lugar con duende y una obra de arte con todas las comodidades.
