A wonderful house in a great location

Casale Baiardo is a wonderful house in a great location, just as described, large and well equipped - also with some nice music lovers decoration. We enjoyed having dinner in the garden. We had BBQ a few times, afterwards it was wonderful to sit in the garden lounge furnitures with a glass of wine, looking into nature and up to the stars coming out. We also went to some restaurants - there are nice (and also not expensive) ones in Manziana, but also "La Riserva" nearby is good. As it was very warm in July we were happy to have the large pool (cleaned and checked each day early morning), reach the beach at Cerveteri in just 30 minutes by car or Lago Bracciano (very nice) in 15 minutes - although the best public beach at the lake was Spiaggia Libera in Trevignano Romano (25 minutes). The house was also in a great spot to explore sights and surroundings. From Manziana we used the train to visit beautiful Rome (about an hour, "Birg 4 zone" ticket 9.30 Euro to Rome and back incl. public transport in Rome). Other nice spots to see are Antica Monterano nearby, the "Cascata di Castel Giuliano (Cascata della Mola)" waterfalls where you can take a bath and outstanding nature shower (some walk but worth it), Tolfa up on a hill, or Civitavecchia harbour city - good to combine with a visit at the Aquafelix water park for the kids. MaTe is an outstanding host - a very nice lady, who answered the few questions we had fast and always in a helpful way. All the best for your future!

Super nette Vermieterin, tolle ruhige Lage.

Großes Haus, mit 4 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder, reich ausgestattete Küche, viele Sitzbereiche im Freien zum relaxen, grillen, essen und baden und 2 Liegen zum sonnen. Ausreichend großer Pool für eine große Familie (Pool wird Täglich gereinigt). 10 Min nach Mazziano (Supermärkte, Bäckereien, Cafes, Pizzerias usw.) 30 Min zum Lago Bracciano 30 Min zu einem tollen Sandstrand am Meer 60 Min mit dem Zug nach Rom Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Umgebung ohne Ende. Was will man mehr.

De enige opmerking is dat het huis te heet is in avond, graag een airco of ventilator voor elke kamer aaanschaffen.

Peccato! Casale Baiardo è una casa di campagna normalmente fresca e ben ventilata. C’è da dire che il caldo torrido e la siccità dell’estate 2022 purtroppo ha colpito una grande parte del pianeta lasciando tutti sorpresi e quindi a maggior ragione, anche se è solo una goccia nel mare, non amo installare apparecchi che bruciano energia. In campagna ci si può difendere diversamente, per esempio tenendo chiuse le tende oscuranti e le finestre durante le ore più calde, spalancando tutto dopo il tramonto, quando rinfresca, come vi raccomandavo al momento del check-in. Comunque, a me il vostro gruppo famiglia è piaciuto molto, quindi sperando in un clima più clemente, mi auguro di ospitarvi ancora a Casale Baiardo :) Un saluto rispettoso alla Nonna

Erholsamer Aufenthalt in ruhiger Lage!

Das Casale Baiardo ist ein sehr ruhig gelegenes Ferienhaus auf dem Land von dem man aber trotzdem sehr gut verschieden Sehenswürdigkeiten erreichen kann. (Besonders zu empfehlen ist die Zugverbindung von Manziana nach Rom für nur 3€ pro Person.) Das Ferienhaus ist sehr gut und vielseitig ausgestattet! Das einzige was wir vermisst haben ist eine Kaffeemaschine, vorhanden sind da nämlich nur mehrere Espressokocher! Ganz besonders herausragend ist die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Vermieterin, die im Haus nebenan wohnt! Sie ist immer erreichbar und steht mit Rat und Tat zur Seite! Danke nochmal an dieser Stelle! Ehrlicherweise müssen wir noch einen kleinen Mangel angeben: die Sofas im Wohnzimmer sind schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und deswegen nicht besonders angenehm riechend und auch leider schon zerschlissen. Aber da ja sowieso immer gutes Wetter war, haben wir die ganze Zeit draußen verbracht und sehr die Garnitur unter dem Dach am Pool genossen und dieses schattige Plätzchen zu unserem Wohnzimmer gemacht!

Poolparty

Wir haben einen tollen Urlaub verbracht. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, hilfsbereit und hatte gute Tipps für uns. In einer guten Stunde ist man mit dem Zug in Rom, für 9,30 Euro p.P. bekommt man ein Ticket, das für den ganzen Tag sowohl für den Hin- und Rückweg als auch für sämtliche Verkehrsmittel in Rom gilt. Am Bahnhof in Manziana (etwa 5km von der Wohnung entfernt) kann man kostenlos das Auto parken, reichlich Parkplätze sind vorhanden. Das Highlight war der große Pool! Reichlich Sitzmöglichkeiten stehen rund um das Haus zur Verfügung, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet.

Un soggiorno perfetto a pochi passi da Roma

La proprietà corrisponde alla descrizione contenuta nell'annuncio: la villa è in zona tranquilla, dispone di ogni confort e rispecchia l'attenzione e l'accuratezza della proprietaria, sempre disponibile, cordiale e pronta a venire incontro ad ogni nostra esigenza. Da consigliare a chi vuole evadere dal clima caotico delle città ed immergersi in un'atmosfera di pace e relax.

Persone molto piacevoli, gentili, puntuali e rispettose di quanto messo loro a disposizione. La comunicazione è stata facile ed efficace. La casa è stata lasciata in ordine e le regole sono state rispettate. Raccomando sicuramente la Sig.ra Ilaria e la sua famiglia agli altri host: è il gruppo che tutti vorremmo poter ospitare nella nostra casa vacanze!
