Hi Allen! No, that's not possible. I tried to contact you before replying to this review, but to no avail. I'd like to know more about what you wrote in your review. Were the amenities minimal? How come? I even gave you my Nespresso (not included in the amenities) to make coffee with pods as soon as you arrived, since your partner asked me in a very sweet way and I couldn't say no :) I understand you might not have a microwave, but the list of amenities is written in the ad, and there are several. I'm sorry to disagree with your statement, but I don't think it's true, considering that guests often come for the amenities the property offers. If you'd like to reply to me to give me a more detailed description, I'd be grateful. Best regards, and thank you for the 4 stars.

Stunning view of lake side retreat

Enjoyed a lovely few nights after sightseeing in Rome, never tired of the amazing lakeside view and walks along the promenade. Very convenient location for supermarkets and restaurants. Excellent accommodation.

Expansive 3 bedroom with endless outdoor seating areas. Andrea was an excellent host, giving us a tour of the property as well as dining and activity suggestions. Parking was always available right in front of the property. One word of caution: the property seemed to come with a cat or two, who were constantly trying to enter the home. If you are averse to cats, be forewarned! Maybe a temporary ammenity.

Our host, Andrea, was wonderful to deal with, including loaning us an umbrella when the skies turned grey. The apartment was ultra clean, had a great view of Lake Bracciano and was well-located close to town and restaurants.

A beautiful villa in Trevignano Romano

The villa is large, well situated, close to the town and with a nice view on the Bracciano lake. It was clean and well appointed, and the host was very quick to respond to our queries. In summary we had a great stay and highly recommend this place. Trevignano Romano exceeded our expectations. It has beautiful walkways along the lake, good restaurants and is close to interesting places such as Calcata Vecchia, the Gelato Monte waterfalls, Sutri, etc

Very nice break

We stayed just three nights, babysitting our 18m/o granddaughter, while her parents attended a wedding in Rome. This explains tat we di no do or see much, but a good reason to come back to enjoy the nice surroundings and culinary adventures! Andrea is a terrific host and easy to communicate with!

Everything was fine!

We enjoyed the location, the house, the terrasses with spots for sun, shadow and wind….Beach and restaurants along the lake are 10 - 20 minutes walk away. Lovely! Andrea, the host, is very welcoming, and good at English.

Fantastic location

Its a perfect location for the lake , supermarket 1 min away. Plenty of restaurants and bars. Boat trip on the sunday to bracciano and Aguilera is a must. Our dear friends live in trevignano so perfect for seeing them everyday. House perfect size . We were kept awake a few nights by dogs barking most probably being disturbed by wild boars. Its a wonderful place to visit.

Fabulous stay

The view over the lake was beautiful! Andrea met us on arrival and was very friendly and helpful. The property was clean and well-equipped. We had lovely weather during our stay, so sat out on the terrace most evenings and made good use of the BBQ. There is a well-stocked Carrefour within easy walk of the property, and a lakeside promenade with wonderful views, which takes you to a wide range of restaurants and cafes. We were nervous about driving into Rome so caught a train into the centre from a nearby town (Anguillara), which was easy and cheap to pre-book online, and there was free parking near to the station. There were lovely places to visit around the lake and a little further afield within an easy drive from the property. We especially enjoyed Viterbo. We had a great time and hope to return in the future.

Wonderful two weeks at this house in Trevignano

This cozy 3 bed/2 bath house was PERFECT for the four of us. It was immaculately clean and just a 10 minute walk to the lake and the center of town. We used it as a home base for two weeks that included a couple of short (ie Orvieto) and not so short (Bologna) day and overnight trips. One of the beauties of the house is that the incredibly reasonable price for the beauty of the location allows you to NOT feel guilty for exploring rather than staying at home. Don't get me wrong, every time we left, we couldn't wait to get back. This town is truly magical - especially for anyone who loves to swim in a crystal clear lake-- and the location of the house made it easy to pop in and out for coffee, groceries, swims in the lake, apertifs, etc. You won't hear English spoken during the entire time you're here unless you want to. The hosts are in an adjoining house and incredibly helpful and wonderful people, but you won't see them unless you choose to; it is very private. We all highly recommend (unless you're looking at during the same weeks as us next summer, in which case I hope we book it first : ) )

Perfektes Ferienhaus

Es war rundum ein perfektes Haus. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war super - nah am Geschehen und See und doch ruhig gelegen. Viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten, nicht nur zu Fuß oder Auto - auch mit dem Zug war es günstig. Bei der Ausstattung fehlte es an nichts. Der Check in und auch die Tipps von Andrea waren super. Die Kommunikation war auf Englisch und absolut kein Problem. Es war ein traumhaft schöner Urlaub las Familie mit Hund.

schönes, sauberes Reihenendhaus in toller Lage mit toller großer Terasse und Garten. See, Geschäfte und Restaurants zu Fuß erreichbar. Andrea ist sehr freundlich, gut organisiert und hat viele Informationen vorbereitet. Gute Kommunikation. Es gibt viele Wildschweine in der Gegend, sie sind abends vor uns über die Strasse gelaufen ohne Probleme.

Das Wetter

Andrea hat uns erfreulicherweise erwartet und mit leider notwendigen Regenschirmen vom Auto abgeholt. Überhaupt war die Kommunikation Klasse. Auch die Unterstützung - wir hatten uns eine Schraube in den Reifen eingefahren - war toll, schnell und zielführend. Hier nochmals Danke dafür. Wenn das Wetter mitgespielt hätte, wäre alles "tippitoppi"! Dann sind die Aufenthaltsmöglichkeiten auf den Terrassen oder im Garten toll. See, Strand, Geschäfte, Restaurants sind alle fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Auto braucht man nur für die Ausflüge in das schöne Umland.

Einfach "Nur schön"

Das Haus hat eine traumhafte Lage. Gelegen am Hang weht immer ein kühlender Windhauch vom See kommend. Zum See läuft man 4-5 Min., zum Zentrum ca. 10 Min. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind bequem zu fuß erreichbar. Tremignano ist ca 38 km von Rom sowie 35 km vom Meer entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können es nur empfehlen.

Premium-Klasse - Wirklich außergewöhnlich!

Das Haus. Der Blick von der Terrasse bei Sonnenuntergang auf den See - unbezahlbar. Die Terrasse selbst ist sehr groß und mit verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten, Tischen, Liegestühlen, einer Chillout Couchgarnitur, sowie einem BBQ-Platz ausgestattet. Nachhaltigkeit garantiert ein System zur Mülltrennung, welches unauffällig und geruchsneutral ist. Die Küche ist mit Gaskochfeld, einem großen Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, sowie der gesamten Ausstattung selbst für einen sehr ambitionierten Hobbykoch sehr gut ausgestattet. Eine sehr gute WLAN Infrastruktur und ein zusätzlicher Schreibtisch im EG ermöglichen selbst einen längeren "Workation" Aufenthalt. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig, mit ausreichend Platz für 6 Personen, die Badezimmer sind groß dimensioniert und sehr gut ausgestattet. Das gesamte Haus, die Terrasse und die Gartenanlage (für Hundebesitzer: vollständig umzäunt) ist sehr, sehr sauber und gepflegt und das Haus ist auch bei 35°C Außentemperatur angenehm kühl. Perfekt! Der Vermieter. Man hört ihn nicht, man sieht ihn nicht, aber er ist sofort da, wenn man Unterstützung oder Hilfe benötigt. Andrea hat auf alles eine Antwort und bietet Dir seine Hilfe an! Freundlich, zuvorkommend, nett, immer gut gelaunt und mehr als hilfsbereit sind nur einige Adjektive, die Andrea beschreiben! Einfach perfekt. Die Umgebung. Ob Strand (5 Minuten zu Fuß) oder Rom (40 Minuten mit dem Auto): hier bist Du richtig! Wir würden dieses Haus bei diesem Vermieter JEDERZEIT wieder buchen. :-)

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt hier sehr genossen. Toll sind die unterschiedlichen Terrassen. So konnten wir der Sonne ausweichen. Unser Hund konnte sich frei bewegen, weil die Ebenen mit Zaun begrenzt sind. Man hat einen traumhaften Blick über die Dächer hinweg auf den See. Herzlichen Dank an unseren Vermieter, der außergewöhnlich nett ist und uns mit vielen Tipps rund um die Umgebung versorgt hat.

Alles, was man braucht.

Die Ferienwohnung ist liebevoll und vollständig eingerichtet. Alles war sauber und perfekt für unseren Urlaub vorbereitet. Andrea ist sehr nett und hat uns auch gute Tipps für die Region gegeben.
