Come and stay in our hillside villa overlooking Lake Bracciano, a few kilometers from the capital. This is an ideal place for those who wish to relax and be away from urban centres, with our outdoor Jacuzzi, with garden, porch equipped with table, chairs, barbecue, overlooking the lake.
TV, washing machine, well equipped kitchen with fridge and electric oven. Various tourist destinations can be reached; the enchanting villages around the lake, Trevignano Romano, Bracciano, Anguillara Sabazia, (where you can practice various water sports (canoeing, surfing, sailing, but also tennis and gyms nearby) or enjoy the magnificent lake, where you can find both or free beaches, and visit our capital Rome.A few kilometers from the golf course and the Autodromo di Vallelunga.Electric bikes can be rented to be requested when booking or at the time of check-in or during your stay.

Falls Sie auf der Suche nach einem passenden Ferienhaus in der Nähe Rom sind, sind sie hier genau richtig! Wir als Studentengruppe hatten die Ehre die erste Gruppe in diesem wunderschönen Haus zu sein. Wir hatten zusammen eine unvergessliche Zeit! Das Haus ist perfekt ausgestattet und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Von eigenem Whirlpool bis hin zu eignen Bädern in jedem Zimmer, Küchen und einen tollen Ausblick auf den See der in 10min mit dem Auto erreichbar ist. Die Städte am See bieten eine perfekte Location für wunderschöne Abendessen und Badeaktivitäten. Mit dem Zug gelangt man für knapp unter 3€ und ca. 45min nach Rom. Bei Fragen oder Unsicherheiten stand Claudia uns steht’s sofort zur Seite. Wir sind unfassbar dankbar für die Möglichkeit eine so tolle Zeit hier verbringen zu dürfen und freuen uns es anderen mit sehr gutem Gewissen weiter zu empfehlen.
