Newly Remodeled Beach 4plex ~ Pets Allowed ~ 2 Miles to the Beach!

Fully furnished, 2 bedroom/1 bath unit. 

You have 1 assigned parking spot that comes with the unit for free.. ; )
The main/master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, while the remaining rooms are furnished with a queen Brand New remodeled 2 Bedroom 1 Bath with a Cal King in the Master and Queen in the guest bedroom with a classic feel.

The remodel was completed on February 5th 2017..

New towels, linens, appliances, kitchen cabinets, and counter tops. 1.6 miles to the Beach!! 10-15 minutes to Disneyland. Easy Access to the freeway!!

This unit is a 4 plex 1.8 miles to the famous Newport Beach and just a 10-15 minute drive to Disneyland. We just completed a major remodel including New Floors, New Paint, New Couch, New Bed, New Kitchen Cabinets, And New Appliances.. The towels and linens are plush, since those are the type of things I like in a vacation home. You have an assigned parking spot, and you are close to everything. Bars, grocery and restaurants are less then .5 radius..
This space is cozy and has everything you need.

Guest access

You have the entire home to yourself, and I hope you don't mind checking yourself in.. I would love to be able to greet you, but I leave a key for your convenience..

The neighborhood

I love the neighborhood for the easy access to everything that a California beach community has to offer.. Great Weather, tons of activities and wonderful food from every background..

Getting around

Uber is my favorite way to travel on vacation.. The Uber's average time to pick you up in my area is 3-8 minutes.. There is public transportation, but I recommend having your own vehicle.. Your time is very valuable and the buses are time consuming, and sometimes confusing..

Great Location!

Great communication with owner. Kitchen was well stocked and I loved the granite countertops throughout! Very convenient location with Trader Joes and Walgreens within walking distance along with a plethora of restaurants!

Costa Mesa 4plex

Great spot close to the beach. Only a ten minute drive. Venta Pizza & Cucina is an amazing pizza and pasta restaurant! Highly recommend. Only a 10 minute walk. Air Conditioning worked perfectly too. This was our 2nd year in a row staying here.

Good location

We needed a place close to UC Irvine, so this was good for us. Apartment was clean and comfortable. Recommend bringing earplugs for anyone sleeping in the back bedroom. The walls are extremely thin and it's easy to hear the neighbors and their television. We didnt make any meals in the apartment, so can't vouch for the equipment except for microwave and coffee maker, which both worked well.

Very comfortable for long or short stays!!

The apartment is very clean and newly remodeled. The kitchen is outstanding, with all needed supplies for cooking. The place is very spacious, comfortable, and appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The host is VERY dedicated to serving and making sure the place is well cared for and communicates well. Parking is limited to the spot in the alley. Walkable to Trader Joe's and convenient to freeway.

Awesome location near everything

We had a 10-day stay to explore Costa Mesa and nearby communities. This location was very central to residential neighborhoods and parks as well as shopping and restaurants. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Cute little property

The apartment was cute and clean, with comfy beds and a shower with great water pressure. To me, that's the important stuff to get right. Owner was very responsive and quick to act when an issue with the stove arose. One downside... the neighborhood is a bit sketchy (eg., there was a discarded mattress outside on the street, which a man actually slept on one night), but the property is tucked away up a set of stairs that have a gate, so I did not feel unsafe.

Amazing location and beautifully renovated

Brenda’s place was PERFECT for us. We spent everyday at the beach which was only a 5-7 minute drive. They have a few grocery stores, restaurants and more within walking distance. Brenda also communicated very quickly with any questions I had. Highly recommend staying here

Great house in a great neighborhood! Safe, Clean and Convenient to everything. All new with excellent appliances and nice comfy beds. Well stocked linens and kitchen. Perfect for visiting family - even if you bring Grandma who insists on baking.

Perfect location!!

We stayed here for 3 nights as a girls trip, kid free, husband free relaxing vacation and this was PERFECT! Trader Joe’s is 2 blocks away, the beach is a quick 10 minute drive, lots of food options close by too! We were able to save money by having breakfast at the Apartment and go out and play later. The apartment is clean, I perfect size to not have to stress about cleanup on the day you leave. Big bathroom with a tub so if you do have kids it’s perfect! We have no complaints. There was parking in the alleyway and our separate entrance was perfect! Thanks for making our stay completely stress free!

Nos sentimos muy agusto de hospedarnos ahí, muy buena comunicación con la anfitriona, en el apartamento hay todo lo que necesitas desde juguetes para niños como todo lo que necesites para cocinar, en el baño puedes encontrar de todo hasta cepillos de dientes nuevos por si olvidaste los tuyos. Inside condo was very nice, but alley access and neighborhood was not comfortable so did not stay.
