Schönes Apartment für Paare

Eine schöne Wohnung mit sehr schöner Aussicht. Das zweite Schlafzimmer hat allerdings nur ein Fenster in einen dunklen Gang. Am besten für ein Paar geeignet, da es im Wohnzimmer auch nur zwei bequeme Ledersessel gibt. Küche und Bad funktionieren einwandfrei, Herdbedienung per Touchfeld gewöhnungsbedürftig.

Adeje

Wir haben als Rentnerehepaar hier 8 Wochen überwintert. Das Appartement hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Die Betreuung war TOP. Egal welche Art von Problemen man hat, man wird von Antonio über whatsapp sofort geholfen. Die Einrichtung mit allem Zubehör war sehr gut. Was wir bei einer Ferienwohnung noch nie erlebt haben, war, dass 1 x wöchentlich die Bettwäsche Handtücher und Küchentücher gewechselt wurden. Dieser Service wurde sogar per whatsapp teminlich angekündigt. Unwesentliche Nachteile: Badezimmer sehr klein, aber daran gewöhnt man sich schnell. Balkon liegt erst ab mittags in der Sonne. Dafür kann man aber abends den Sonnenuntergang über La Gomera beobachten.

Nur bedingt zu empfehlen

Das Apartment ist auf den ersten Blick schön eingerichtet, hat gute Betten,aber insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen. Es hat große Fenster mit schönen Blick , besonders abends! Das Bad sehr winzig mit einer Handdusche… die Kaffeemaschine funktionierte nicht, die Balkonmöbel größtenteils kaputt, was auch nach Reklamation innerhalb der 3 Wochen nicht geändert wurde. Der Whirlpool des oberen Hauses steht direkt über den Schlafzimmern des Apartments und wenn er an ist, vibriert es im ganzen Apartment was die oberen Mieter nicht mitbekommen.., Toll wenn es nach 22 Uhr noch zur Sache geht.Natürlich ist der Mietpreis unschlagbar, aber man möchte einen entspannten Urlaub haben…

Spektakulärer Blick von der Terasse

Schlüsselübergabe problemlos, wunderschönes Apartment, ein super Ausblick auf das Meer und die Stadt, sauber. Es war gut, dass es 2 Schlafzimmer gab, denn als meine Frau sich schwer erkältete, bin ich in das andere Schlafzimmer gegangen, um mich nicht anzustecken. Das einzige, was anzumerken wäre, wäre der Induktionsherd, nicht für Alle geignet. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Erwartung übertroffen

Das Apartment Lava ist sehr komfortabel, ruhig und bietet von der großen Terrasse einen tollen Ausblick auf Adeje und die nahe Küste, super auch abends mit den Lichtern. Einige Wanderwege sind fast vor der Haustür
