The accommodation sleeps 6 guests, it’s fully air-conditioned (hot/cold) throughout and distributed over two floors; the ground floor has a comfortable lounge/dining area (WiFi, satellite TV, fireplace) and a fully fitted and equipped kitchen with access to a back porch/barbecue area (brick-built BBQ and wood oven), a separate guest toilet, 1 twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room plus a covered front porch with garden furniture. Stairs lead to the first floor where the remaining 2 bedrooms are situated, 1 double and 1 twin each with en-suite shower rooms. Outside is a plot of 3000 m² with landscaped gardens, a private swimming pool with Roman steps and garden furniture to relax on and enjoy a countryside holiday retreat whilst still being close to the town of Llucmajor and fantastic beaches.
