"The House" is situated on a quiet hill with magnificent views of the entire Bay of Palma and the surrounding countryside. Only 15 minutes from the airport and the capital Palma. A golf course is only 2 minutes away and Playa de Palma beach only 15 minutes.
The property is home from home with everything you will need. Extensive exterior and interior reforms have been made in early 2022!
Free WIFI is available throughout the house. The property is a home from home, equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The large terrace around the pool invites you to spend relaxing days, sunbathing or playing in the pool with the whole family. At the end of the day, let the romantic sunset enchant you as you relax and watch the world go by.
When the automatic entrance gate opens, it offers you a direct view of the three-storey house. The garage with parking space for 2 cars and storage space for bicycles is located in the basement. Likewise, further utility and storage rooms are located there. All living rooms and bedrooms are on the ground floor. This consists of four double bedrooms: one with a large family bathroom directly attached, one with a bathroom also directly attached and two with a shared bathroom. The living area impresses with its large full ceiling height lounge and large sofa. A satellite TV and a DVD and music centre are available for the entertainment of the whole family. Direct access to the terrace, pool and garden takes you outside. Adjacent to the living area is the large, fully equipped kitchen with a dining area as well as a breakfast area overlooking the pool and easy access to the terrace for outdoor dining.
Upstairs are just locked private rooms located.
The gorgeous pool with easy entry and exit is the focal point of the outdoor area. The surrounding sun terrace with sunbeds and parasols invites you to relax and linger. In addition, the covered terrace with sofas awaits you for relaxing evening hours while you enjoy the view over the bay of Palma.
Adjacent is the outdoor dining area with a large gas barbecue. The gardens with fascinating old olive trees surround the house. The remaining plot of approx. 9,000 sqm is wooded.
There is a 2 m high fence around the entire property. There are video cameras outside and along the perimeter of the property. These are directed at the course of the fence and are for the safety of the guests. No private zones are filmed.

About the host
Hosted by Christian
We, that's Christian and Jenny, met at the end of 2016 and when our acquaintance asked us in 2019 if we could help her manage the finca, we were happy to take on the new task. Cindy joined us in 2021 and has completed our team. She takes over the cleaning, as well as the check-in and check-out.
We love working with people, but also look forward to the free evening hours when we can cuddle together with our cats or enjoy the sunset on the terrace.
On the side, we also take care of a colony of street cats - it never gets boring, you can believe that.
At the weekends, Jenny is drawn out into nature and the fascinating surroundings of the Tramuntana mountains are explored on long hikes, while Christian relaxes from the work week in the pool or in the garden and takes care of the food in advance so that it can be eaten as soon as Jenny comes back hungry from the tour.
We also like to eat out at the weekend and our absolute favourite restaurant is L'Artista on Playa de Palma. But of course, we have already tried all the restaurants and can therefore give lots of tips.
Cindy is usually very busy, but she always finds time to go out for dinner and likes to keep us company, so we have a good time together not only in the finca, but also in our free time.

The magnificent view of the sea and the airport, which is framed by the lush greenery of the surrounding villas, is also worth mentioning here.
Despite the proximity to the airport and the impressive view, there is no aircraft noise, and you can enjoy the location amid nature in peace.
What makes this property unique
The House clearly impresses with its quiet location and the fantastic view. Watching the romantic sunsets, looking out to sea or simply watching the planes take off and land is overwhelming.
In addition, you can reach the kilometre-long, fine sandy beach of Playa de Palma, the island's capital Palma de Mallorca and various shopping facilities in just a few minutes by car.
