Top 8th floor private Studio is the perfect size for a couple or small family on a budget. This condo is around 500 sf open concept, bedroom area, tv area & kitchen area combined. There is a small oven and a table for two with counter height table/chairs. Keurig Coffee Maker or regular coffee pot. The condo is located on the Gulf side at the end of the hallway.

The living area has a 50 inch Roku TV, it is on a swivel so you can watch TV from the bed also. The private balcony for two only has a never ending view of the Gulf Of Mexico. There is a queen size bed and a sleeper sofa.
Listen to the waves crash 24/7! Dine downstairs and watch the sunsets. The restaurant hours are subject to change with the different seasons. Beachside patio dining, seasonal.

We are located 13 miles from Orange Beach about a 20 minute drive.
There is no washer/dryer in the condo. The laundry room which takes credit cards is located on the ground floor.

Guest will have access to the indoor hot-tub/indoor heated pool & outdoor pools plus a kiddie pool. Tennis, horseshoes, pickle ball~basketball courts and shuffleboard! You can take the boardwalk to the beach, which is adjacent to the pool and have fun in the sun or watch the amazing sunset! Grill by the pools with picnic tables. Kids can swim and parents can sun~bathe & RELAX!

Seasonal Jet skis, banana boats, paddle boarding and parasailing right in front of the condo! If you want to rent chairs with an umbrella, at the end of the boardwalk you will see the small white hut for beach rentals. You also have the option of bringing your own chairs, umbrella. A list will be provided for local dining close by.

Perfect Quick Trip

This was a last minute trip we decided to take after a work conference. It was PERFECT and host was super friendly and quick to help with anything we needed! Balcony was perfect for two and the views were beautiful. Would totally stay here again.

Perfect spot for 2!

Great little condo in a beautiful spot!!

We had a wonderful time on our weekend stay in this beautiful little condo. The view is amazing!! We had one small issue and it was fixed immediately. The room was super clean and comfy. We will definitely cone stay here again!

A little getaway

This little condo is perfect for a couple or just a quick little getaway with your sister or friend. My sister and I had a nice time sitting on the balcony just listening to the waves and relaxing. Lots of amenities on location and a great restaurant on the ground floor. The shrimp and grits were amazing!!! Look forward to going back.

Perfect Getaway Condo with an Amazing View

The condo was clean, easy to locate, and had all that we needed for our vacation. Our host, Jayne, was incredible and did everything she could to ensure we had a perfect getaway. The location is great, about 14 miles east of the crowds and traffic in the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area yet close enough for outings and dining. The property has a lot of great amenities and easy parking. We highly recommend the condo and truly appreciate our host, Jayne! You will not be disappointed with this gem.

Perfect for Couples

The condo was very clean, had lovely furnishings, and its location’s in the best spot in the building…top floor with a direct view of sand dunes and the Gulf of Mexico. My husband and I found the condo to be the perfect place for our 3-day getaway. It’s located in a guarded complex that’s also very clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the beach, indoor heated saltwater pool, outdoor hot tub and the on-site restaurant. Highly recommend this condo!

Lovely romantic getaway!

My husband and I stayed here for a long weekend getaway for our birthdays. Room is perfect for two people and has all appliances you need. The walk from the room to the end of the pier is pretty long, but if you bring a wagon it helps tremendously (most of the walking is flat surfaced). The host, Jayne, is great. Easy to work with and very responsive. Overall, very relaxing and fun stay!

Studio matched with the description. Had nice kitchen items to use. Adequate storage. Everything worked properly. View is stellar!!! Whole property is nicely maintained and friendly people staying there. Bed is very comfy and nicely situated in the studio. Will consider this property again.

Great vacay!

We haven't been to Gulf Shores in a long time, and this property did everything right, except 1 thing.....my have has mobility issues and the listing kind of underplayed the distance to the unit from the elevator, it is a lot longer than expected. Having said that, we enjoyed everything else about our stay.

Amazing Host, Perfect Studio Apt for 2

Absolutely sweetest and most responsive host we’ve ever had! Great clean studio had everything my husband and I needed for a romantic and relaxing weekend away. Loved the restaurant in the bottom of the unit. The only downside was that the building only had one area of elevators and it was at the completely opposite end of the unit, which was on the farthest side away from the beach. So walking from the room to the beach, although the view of the unit was amazing, took nearly 15 mins to get from the room to the sand. Wished this unit and host was in another building!!

A Jewel Of A Place!!!

I was so taken aback when we opened the door to walk in this Studio and saw the Ocean Views! It just made you feel great about the most important part of your vacation, a Beautiful Condo, and the Amazing Ocean Views! This Studio is exactly what we could have hoped for and more. Everything was nice and clean in the room, loved the beachy decor, comfy bed and very well appointed kitchen. You have to walk to the Gulf side of the building to get to this Sanctuary, we all need to walk a little more, right? The payoff is so worth it, less noise and privacy! Your balcony is even private, just you and the ocean. Last note, Katrina (Ladyfishrentals.com) was so wonderful to work with! She actually cares about you and your vacation. Very attentive and just a phone call away to answer any questions. Thank you! We will be back :)

I love the fact that the Resort has a private beach. It is only for the people that are vacationing here at the resort, you can always find a spot on the beach. The restaurant down stairs with the patio bar is a big hit. A nice Day Spa is located one mile on the beach. Please ask me for the Spa information.
