This condo was perfect! It smelled so fresh and clean upon arrival, the view of the ocean was top notch! Conveniently located in the heart of gulf shores. Would definitely return to the property!

We enjoyed the condo being beachfront and high floor for morning coffee especially on the balcony. The ceilings and baseboards need some TLC for sureSeemed to be past water leaks for the unit above. The kitchen is well stocked and having two full baths is very helpful.

We went to Gulf Shores as our son had stayed there and loved it..We were celebrating our 60th anniversary and wanted to do something we had never done before. Gulf Shores did not disappoint, this unit was wonderful..convenient, well appointed and I would not hesitate to stay in this exact unit on our return, which I'm hoping is next year :-)..If I could say one thing as a suggestion is a pair of kitchen scissors would have been great and a string on the fan pull chains. We are short and in our 80's so climbing on something to reach the chain was not gonna happen..We know our limits BUT it DID NOT sway our enjoyment of this unit and the whole experience..OH and the bed was sooooo comfy..

We had a great stay. Host gave great directions for checking in and out, the things we needed and suggestions for the area. The condo was great. Just as described, with perfect view of the Gulf. Beds were comfortable and everything was neat and clean. Really loved it.

This is the 3rd year we have stayed in 1609, we love it! Great condo and perfect location in the building. You are up high enough to see both east and west. You also have inside access. No complaints about this condo at all.

Perfect off season vacation

Quiet, relaxing stay. Beautiful condo within walking distance of shopping and restaurants. Loved having coffee in the morning on the patio and watching the dolphins.
