Master features a King sized bed and soaking tub and stand alone shower in the Master Bath. Nicely decorated living room offers views of the beautiful gulf with entrance to the balcony! Breakfast bar and dining table seats a total of 8 with a fully-functioning kitchen and full sized washer-dryer set in the unit.

First of all, the entry door wouldn’t latch when you closed it. You had to push hard on the door to shut it and when you went out it, you had to pull on the handle, very hard to make sure that it completely locked. Second, the dishwasher was just sitting in the spot where it goes. It wasn’t even attached to the counter. At least, thank goodness it did work. Third, I was going to use the whirlpool tub, but after looking at it, there was black hair coming out of one of the jets. Disgusting!!! And the faucet in the whirlpool was really loose & so was the shower head. Fourth, the sprayer at the kitchen sink wasn’t even attached to the sink. And finally, channel 106(TV LAND) was scrambled on both the living room and bedroom tv’s. We ended up having to call the cable provider and they were going to have to come to the condo the next day to get it fixed. We told them to come, but then canceled it because we shouldn’t have to mess up OUR MUCH NEEDED vacation time when it should’ve already been taken of. Suggestion, before anyone else rents your condo, it needs some repairs, updates know/upgrades and some extra TLC. If we knew beforehand the situation that we were going into, we wouldn’t have paid all the hard working money to stay in this condo.

Hi Sandy, Thanks for staying with us and giving us feedback. We had our housekeepers and our maintenance guy inspect all the listed issues you provided. The front door was operating normally but we lubricated the hinges and latch anyway. The dishwasher was loose, not unattached, but we tightened it back into the cabinet. The collar for the sprayer was loose, not unattached, and we tightened it. The shower head & tub sprout were loose as well, tightened those too. Our housekeepers did a special clean of the tub. As for the specific tv channel that was not operating correctly, unfortunately we have no way of knowing an issue like that ahead of time. Guests are the only ones who use the tv/dish box and no guests had reported this issue before you. And just something for anyone reading this review, we send a follow up email on the second day of any reservation made through us asking how things are. We send that so issues can be reported and we can get them resolved then. We didn't receive any response to that email for this reservation. Thanks again for staying with us and we appreciate the feedback!

We enjoyed staying in 1609 with our toddler for several days. The view from the balcony is amazing, the pools are great for kids, and the beach is clean and not too crowded!Plenty of space indoors to relax and everything we needed was provided. Very easy to get in touch with property managers and on site office if needed. Overall beautiful and very family friendly.We will definitely return!
