This villa is completely new and near to all facilities you need for a relaxed or active vacation. Quietly located in the center of the community of Cerros del Aguila in Mijas Costa, at only 200 meters walk from the community pool, with play ground, tennis court, restaurant, 2 bars, supermarket and bus and taxi stop. In only 5 minutes by car or bus you can go to the shopping center or Miramar and the beaches of Fuengirola. There are several golf courts in the near surrounding, the closest being Cerros del Aguila golf at only 500 meters. Malaga and Marbella are only 20 -25 km away and from this location you can visit all child or nice villages close by, such as Mijas Pueblo, Benalmádena, Ronda, Antequera, Nerja, Frigliana. We have used high quality in the termination of the house and have invested in comfort and security. The villa has 5 bedrooms, 1 on the ground floor and four on the first floor. The bedrooms on the first floor all have access to big terraces, two on the back with views and access to the swimming pool and two to the terrace on the front side. There are 4 bathrooms, or which one ensuite and one laundry room with separate toilet. The laundry room is on the ground floor and has a washing machine and tumble dryer. On the ground floor you will also find the espacious living room with television and access to the terrace / porch. Further there is the dining room with a large dining table or 3 meters and conveniently connected to the fully equipped kitchen with direct access to the back terrace / porch where you will also find a dining table. All rooms have air conditioning / heating which can be set at the temperature you desire per room.

On the next level in the garden you will find the private swimming pool area with several terraces on different levels and stunning views to the mountains and Mijas Pueblo. The swimming pool has salt water and you will find loungers around the pool, a terrace with another table and chairs and a lounge set on the highest level where you can relax and enjoy the views.

The villa is suitable for groups / big families (up to 12 persons), but please note that this is a residential area and that you need to respect the rules to not disturb the neighbors. In view of the villa will not be rented to groups of people below 25 years.

Our local manager Angel will receive you and can arrange sports activities, help you with bookings and will be available for any question or request you may have. The swimming pool and garden are maintained regularly and if you wish, it is possible to have an additional cleaning at your request.
