This spacious and sun-lit holiday home is located in Rio Real, a great location within a short 5 minutes drive from Marbella centre. The beach and the fancy Trocadero Arena beach club is within an easy 10 minutes walk. You can now walk all the way to Marbella using the new seaside boardwalk which is illuminated during the night – it will take you about 30 minutes and there are many beach restaurants on the way. The closest golf course is Rio Real Golf Course, one of the best ones in Costa del Sol. The closest supermarket - Aldi - is just 10 minutes walk away!
ACCESSIBILITY
The property is all on one floor, even though you need to walk down thirty nine steps taking you down from the road level onto the level of the property, where you can enjoy the stunning golf course views and breathtaking sunsets from your private garden.
LOUNGE, TERRACE, KITCHEN
There is plenty of space for everybody. The spacious lounge with sofas and smart TV with international channels and Netflix opens directly into the garden and pool area. Outside there is a covered terrace table with plenty of seating for outside dining and chilling next to the private pool which is illuminated in the night. You can listen to your favourite music on the bluetooth audio tower.
For those who enjoy cooking, there is a fully equipped kitchen with lots of pots, pans, glasses, crockery, utensils and cutlery for large groups. Coffee lovers can enjoy their coffee from Dolce Gusto coffee machine.
PRIVATE CHEF
We proudly offer services of our professional private chef who can come to the house with waiters and prepare a special or traditional Spanish lunch, dinner or BBQ. He can even provide half or full-board - please ask for photos and rates of the amazing things he is able to organize.
BEDROOMS & SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS
The holiday home is best suitable for 12-13 guest occupancy, even though it can sleep up to 15 on supplementary beds.
All the bedrooms in the property are prepared with fresh linen and towels. There are two en-suite bedrooms: The master bedroom with one double and one optional single bed has its own smart TV. The second en-suite bedroom has three single beds. There are two twin bedrooms which share another bathroom with a walk-in shower and a room behind the kitchen with three single beds which can be used as 5th bedroom. Guests must be aware that this last triple bedroom does not offer the same privacy as the rest of the bedrooms as it is located just behind the kitchen. You can walk out into the garden and pool area directly from all the bedrooms. All of them are air-conditioned and all of them enjoy sunlight all day long.
MAID SERVICE
We can provide maid service to make sure your holiday villa stays nice and clean throughout the whole stay. Make it a holiday for everyone :-) Daily cleaning is 55 EUR/day and it includes a quick clean of the kitchen, common areas, bathrooms and bedrooms. A one-off cleaning can be arranged for 95 EUR and bed linen and towels can be changed for an additional 130 EUR laundry fee.
MOVING AROUND AND PARKING
We recommend our guests to rent a car but we are also happy to help calling an affordable taxi and arrange airport transfers for the whole group. We usually wait for our guests in the arrival hall and take them directly to the property or make a short supermarket stop on the way. Guests who do rent a car can park on the street where there is plenty of space.
Guests must be aware that due to its proximity to the motorway the garden are does suffer from traffic noise. However, it is not excessive and very easy to get used to. Nothing can be heard inside the property.
1. Check-out time is 10:00 and late check-out is subject to availability.
2. Two sets of keys are provided and a 250 EUR charge is made per set if lost or taken away on departure.
3. On departure, keys must be left on the table in the kitchen and door must be closed shut.
4. 24 HOURS GRACE PERIOD is granted for reporting any damages or imperfections. Please, report them immediately.
Further damages might be deducted from the damage deposit.
5. Rubbish must be disposed IN RUBBISH BAGS IN THE RUBBISH CONTAINERS ON THE MAIN ROAD to prevent attracting rodents. Please understand that rodents pleague is the last thing we want for your holiday villa. A 50 EUR cleaning fee applies for non-compliance.
6. AC must be switched off when not in the property.
7. The property is strictly non-smoking and a 200 EUR cleaning fee applies for smoking inside or littering the pool or the garden with cigarette butts.
8. The gardener must be granted access to the property garden for maintenance and pool treatment.
9. The automatic irrigation system comes on every day early in the morning and if the gardener needs to check the pool, it is before 9 am without prior notice.
10. Standard final cleaning fee is included in the rent but additional 200 EUR cleaning fee applies if property is left excessicely dirty or needs additional cleaning. A 10 EUR/item applies for staining sheets or towels with make-up or bronzers.
11. The property is located in a residential area and loud night parties are not allowed. Music must be kept low after 00:00. EVENTS AND PARTIES UNAPPROVED BY OWNERS ARE SUBJECT TO AN 800 EUR FINE.
12. Close all shutters, lock the property and arm the alarm when not in and during the night. The owner does not take responsibility for any loss or theft. Security is in your hands!
13. Pets are subject to approval and a 200 EUR peet fee.
