A cost effective alternative to a hotel stay for large groups, our third deluxe property 'The Green' inspired by the 148th Open at Royal Portrush sleeps up to 12 guests in 5 bedrooms - 7 or 8 individual beds (1 king bedroom, 1 double bedroom, 1 super-king bedroom (or split into 2 single beds on request) , 2 triple bedrooms (each comprising a double bed and a single bed). Main bathroom, en-suite, another shower and basin and 2 more WCs/ basins.

The Green is the third deluxe property from Luxury Portrush Holiday Homes. Fully refurbished and launched in September 2019, it was inspired by the hugely successful 148th Open at Royal Portrush. The golf themed ' The Green' displays canvases and pictures from The 148th Open and local Northern Ireland sights and scenes. It has 7 or 8 individual beds. Perfect for 2 - ‘four balls’. Each bedroom is named after a prolific local golfer, including Shane Lowry - the winner of the 148th Open.. The property also overlooks the large green space in the development - great for exercising and walking dogs, with stunning views over the green from the first floor living room. There is a sunny, fully enclosed patio area with BBQ and seating for al fresco dining and relaxing.

This red brick, 3 storey holiday home extends to 2000sq ft and displays pictures and canvases of the 148th Open and local Northern Ireland sights and scenes. The property has been extensively refurbished with all new furniture, soft furnishings, decor and appliances.

Elephants are a decorative theme in the property, as symbol of good luck, fortune and protection. Each well provisioned bedroom has its own theme and high quality bed linen and towels are provided. Each bedroom is named after a local golfer.

Fully fitted and equipped large dining kitchen with wall mounted 49 inch smart TV. plenty of crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils. Cooker, hob, dishwasher and integrated fridge.
