Georgian Rectory in idilic Kentish village
This property is a converted Georgian Rectory which has been modernised to the highest of standards, positioned at the edge of a pretty Kentish village. The world heritage site of Canterbury is 6 miles away. London is 55 mins away by high speed train from Canterbury.
The house is approached via electric gates and there is parking for up to four cars.
The house is arranged on two floors with large reception rooms and chefs kitchen on the ground floor, consisting of, impressive entrance hall which leads into a dining hall with a table which seats 10. There is a large sitting area, separate Entertainment room and study. Downstairs

Upstairs there is a large landing, part of the old ballroom from former days. There are four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two en-suite.
All the bedrooms have queen sized beds.
There is a pretty garden with outdoor seating for 10 and a gas BBQ.
